The food was pretty good but I believe the fries were way too salty but other wise everything was good!

Stopped in for breakfast before heading out on a road trip. Same menu as everywhere else. Normal McDonald's food. Service was fine. So why one star? Uhhhh, there were flies everywhere... probably a dozen or more buzzing around overhead while I ordered at the register. And my guess, with that many flies, is they didn't just all wander in that morning... these are probably flies that were born in the store. Because there were a lot of flies. Had to run down to Fort Wayne today to pick up someone up at the airport and jumped off I-69 to stop at McDonald's hoping I would be in and out with a couple of burgers and a french fry. My mistake as it was neither fast nor easy. Going through the drive thru, there were three cars in front of me. From the time I placed my order until I was handed my order at the window took seventeen minutes. How is seventeen minutes even considered fast food? I am not sure how long the cars ahead of me waited, but I know I waited way too long. As far as the food goes it was another miss. Burgers were suppose to be ketchup only and instead were made regular with mustard, onion slivers, and mustard as well. The fries weren't cooked long enough, the grease wasn't hot enough, or I got a scoop of fries that laid around the edges of the fry bin and were just enough to fill my order. No excuse for not getting fresh fries or cooked fries for the amount of time I waited. I support paying higher wages for service workers, but it is hard to support increasing someone's wages when they do a poor job, don't have consistent standards, or just don't care. McDonalds is good enough some times when you get fresh food, speediness, and good service and it is a disappointment when you don't get any of the three. read more

I can't give yes McDonald's a star at all because the lobby was closed completely. And we were in an RV and unable to get anything so we walked over to Wendy's which provided us a very good lunch. Sorry, McDonald's at this location, your loss is Wendy's gain today. No reason was given for this closure. Everything has been open for business for several months now after the initial closers for pandemic. Don't understand this closure at this location. read more

I wish there was a way to give zero stars because I am extremely dissatisfied. I ordered chocolate shakes and got vanilla shakes, and was told that they were chocolate. The manager was extremely rude to me and refused to give me a refund. She harassed my friend who is on crutches after surgery. She refused to give me anything until I brought the shakes back so I left extremely dissatisfied, and am very unlikely to return again. read more
