Staff redeemed my code from app and stole my food, app has 2 error modes, 1 gives an error message when error is on app side and says nothing when error is on their end, but my app said code redeemed and took my points and their manager said it was just the applications fault after i pointed this out and told me he wasn't going to do anything at all, wouldn't even give me my food i ordered. Service here is horrible!! Went up to cash register inside and had a guy (pins all over his hat and pony tail with untrimmed facial hair and no hairnet) talk extremely about either customers or his coworkers in front of me and my family! He was rude and snarky and was yelling at people in the back. Made me extremely uncomfortable and will not be paying inside again. read more

Probably the most incredible culinary experience of my entire life. McDonald's goes above and beyond to make sure that in addition to taking care of its customers that it's employees always have a fresh meal (comped) of course, and a positive, energetic, fun filled work environment. They offer college tuition assistance which is an awesome perk that not every business cares to offer their employees. It shows they are invested in the future of their staff and a positive fixture in the community. Fun fact: 1 in 8 US Workers has been employed by McDonald's. Totally inept, manager hung out the drive thru window yelling at me,the customer because I am finally fed up with people not taking any pride in their job performance. I did explain to the idiot that he just admitted to being incapable of training and supervising hi crew. They just can't get it right 50% of the time. McDonald's - Nasty trash - Fast Food Near Me - Alma, Michigan

My family used the Kiosks in the restaurant. I used the Mobile App (I had a coupon deal I wanted to use). I ordered and paid with my credit card with the App. When I hit submit I had a message on my phone saying that there was an issue on their end and to show the cashier the number code I was given on my phone. I went up to the cashier and showed her the message and she right away pulled up my order and told me I was all set, they fixed the issue on their end. She gave me a number for my table and told me they would bring me out my food. The rest of the family finished ordering their food about 5 minutes after I submitted my order. Their food took forever to come out. 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I went up to the counter and asked about my order. They said there was an issue with the Mobile Order system. They received my order but the payment did not transfer. I paid again thinking my food was ready. NOPE. They never made it. They gave me a new number and I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes. I ended up being charged twice for my stupid meal and quite frankly I didn't care. I was more annoyed at the SLOW service and the fact they could have told me they were having issues with my order BEFORE I had to ask 30 minutes later. Almost an hour for a value meal. STUPID service! Hopefully they improve. Common sense! read more

* Cashier was short and rude. * Didn't receive the second sandwich when order was brought to the table * Fries were over cooked and soggy * While setting at the booth eating, we witnessed- Cashier ( slumped over with head resting on register, running her fingers thru her pony tail and flipping it up and down. One worker taking selfie of funny faces on her cell phone while in the fry area Two others on cell phone in the food area. Then cashier from above going over serving fries. Two workers in the food area with back packs and coats on. and THEN a male worker was talking coworkers about his underwear with a picture on them, proceeded to untuck his shirt and show workers said underwear. New but not improved. Super slow service and a lot of the workers are even more unfriendly than the others. Less seating than before, so don't bother eating in during the lunch rush. Prices have also jumped and the food is not as good as it used to be. They also put in the kiosks which make ordering a pain. The two drive-thrus have also slowed service down by a lot. You're better off going to either St Louis or Ithaca. Skip this one. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Especially at night. Food after midnight is supposed to be made fresh and is always hours old and disgusting. I've had to call to complain about my food 3 times. The third time the lady I talked to didn't even write my info down so I wasn't even reimbursed for the disgusting food I paid for. The woman who I think is the manager has the worst attitude. Don't dare ever ask for your food fresh cuz that attitude comes out quick. Not to mention this is a college town....GET TWO DRIVE THREWS!! I would give it a one but those get filtered through. I would say go to St. Louis but they're no better. read more

If I could give a negative stars I totally would!! I never complain but, we waited 10 min to order while workers just ignored us, then watched 1/2 our food sit on a tray for ten minutes before I finally stood up at the counter again for at least 5 minutes while again employees just ignored me.
