Rude service. When I used a two for one coupon, somehow my "free" extra sandwich ended up costing an extra three dollars. After reviewing this on my receipt, I asked the cashier how this was possible. She claimed it was because I upgraded my drink from a coffee to an orange juice. Feeling that three dollars for a drink upgrade was a rip-off, I decided to cancel the order, and requested a refund. The cashier brought her manager to the register. This manager, Melissa, actually attempted to intimidate me into not canceling the order. She tried to refuse to give my money back, when I hadn't even received any food yet, berating me for interrupting her other tasks in order to perform a refund issue. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed very put out by having to take the time to issue a refund. Since when in retail are refunds with a receipt, and especially for goods not even yet received, not allowed? Since when does two for one mean an additional charge? Since when does a customer not have the right to cancel an order? Manager Melissa, simply didn't want to have to do her job, and didn't feel she had to be polite to a customer or act in a professional manner. I called the owner, Kathie, and have still yet to hear back. Apparently, this particular location doesn't care about providing accurate, polite, and professional service to its customers. read more
