Horrible service!! I did speak out to some no There was one server that came in from the outside and asked if I was served and then proceeded to take my order. I only wanted to order 2 chocolate chip cookies. Thankful to Matto who walked back into the restaurant spoke to me and asked if I was already helped. I said no I have not and I even yelled out to someone to be recognized. He apologized and proceeded to take my order with compassion and regret. Although it was not a great experience, Matto ensured to make my day better. Definitely needed to be recognized. Which is why I'm giving 2 stars bc of him. Outside of that. Absolutely NO! Terrible terrible terrible. Dead and dying literal FLIES everywhere on tables and floors. Says it's a 99% rating and that's 100% lie... FLIES literally flew out of the bag of food we finally received after 15 minutes of waiting. The cooks weren't wearing gloves and the cash register lady was completely absent and when she finally showed up just made pathetic excuses as if she had one. I am only giving one star. My granddaughter and I stopped to get I e Cream cones. Went inside because the drive through was busy. Went to the counter to order, one lady said I will be with you in a minute. Well that turned into 7-8 minutes.. she stopped what she was doing several times, looked our way then went in about her business. I figured she thought we should use the kiosk but it takes forever to do an order. Long story short I did end up going to the kiosk because it was obvious she was refusing to wait on us at the counter. Service was super slow and workers were passive aggressive. Smelled weird in the place too. The food was okay.

I am absolutely disgusted. I was gonna fine in but there were roaches and flys everywhere. Not on that the front worker had the rudest attitude. I couldn't sit in there any longer. We stopped here for a quick cup of coffee. The McCafe coffee is usually so good and this location was no exception. I read some of the earlier reviews that said the service was poor. We food the service to be exceptional. The order lady was very polite and could easily be understood. The person that hands out the order was as friendly and nice as could be. Customer Please BEWARE!!! Talk about the worst and oldest McDonald's ever, this is it. My order was simple: 2 sausage muffins with folded eggs both on we'll toasted muffins. I received 2 regular sausage muffins. I asked for 2 hash browns fresh out of the grease and received 2 recooked extra greasy hash browns. Even the sprite was bad with very little carbonation. When I asked for a refund the girl got upset and closed the window and walked away. When she came back I said I was still waiting for my refund, she asked me to pull forward and stated that that her manager would bring it to me but that never happened. After 20 minutes I had to go inside and debate with the lady at the front counter to get my money back. I totally got off the highway at the wrong restaurant. McDonald's should really pull its license from this McDonald's. read more

After waiting 10 minutes for any employee to acknowledge my presence, I attempted to place my order: 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal, double cheeseburger meal - no pickles, strawberry shake. Mid-order, the cashier disappeared to dig through a box of toys (completely unrelated to my order). When she returned, I was advised the shake machine was down. It took little time for my order to be ready. Such expedience came at a cost, though: cold, hard fries; incomplete Happy Meal with no juice box & no yogurt. At least the tea was okay? To top it all off, while in the restroom stall with the door locked, I was startled not once, not twice, but three times by someone rattling the door; I was surprised to find the persistent door-puller was an employee desperate to mop the floor of my stall. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

The bathrooms are filthy, everyone who works at this establishment is rude, people tend to linger at this location for no apparent reason. I couldn't distinguish between the workers, the guest, or locals, because everybody just...lingers. There's trash and left over food everywhere. I walked in with the intent of buying a sandwich and maybe something else, but after waiting in line and having a moment to "take it all in", I decided the fries were the safest bet. Slow service. Dirty tables. Bathroom nearly disgusting. Employees spent more time talking to each other than waiting on customers. If they have all that extra time to discuss last night's TV, maybe management should realize they have the time to clean tables, countertops, bathrooms, and service customers. The guy who took our order was prompt and courteous. And the one guy that appeared to be prepping the sandwiches looked like he was working hard. I eat here a couple of times per week. The food is usually fresh. Order what you want, eat what you get. Their accuracy rate must be about 30 percent. This location is not able to comprehend their online ordering system. I struck out three times. I think they may have even disabled it. I wouldn't recommend the drive thru either. Go inside to have a better chance of getting what you ordered but not on heavy travel days on I75. Overall the employees are exceptionally friendly and the food is usually hot and fresh. read more

The cashier had to be ordered by the supervisor to take our order because she kept talking to her friends who were in line ahead of us. After taking our order, she disappeared in the back for about 10 minutes. Other people came in after us and she came out and said, "you need to order on the kiosk," then returned to the back. While we were waiting, another customer came in to pick up his online order. When they gave it to him, he politely said, "I'm sorry, can i get the honey mustard i ordered?" To which a worker said. "Come deal with him, I'm not listening to this." He waited another 5 minutes for the 3 honey mustard sauce he paid for. I understand making fries without salt will result in a short wait, but we waited a total of 25 minutes for a Big Mac, 10 piece nugget, and no salt fries. Today I took my dogs for a treat after we went to the river and I ordered my food before I got here I parked in the curbside pickup all it was was McFlurry with extra stuff a chicken sandwich two cheeseburgers one with just ketchup the other with pickle and ketchup a four piece chicken nugget and a medium fry they bring the food out the fries were old the Nuggets were hard the burgers were okay I guess the dog is enjoyed them but no McFlurry the guy said he was going to bring it back I sat there for almost 35 minutes in the heat with my dogs waiting I called they hung up on me when I started explaining I went through drive-thru and they just sent me around and now I'm still sitting in the Heat and it's been an hour I am about fed up with a McDonald's y'all need to get a lot more help or better people in here read more

The hot coffee could have been frozen, as well as the strawberries in the parfait. I asked twice for a refund, was refused, and they only offered to microwave it the coffee.
