Dirty tables, dirty floors, greasy windows, flies flying around the place or dead by the windows. Not all Burger Kings are the same, but this one is definitely a place to avoid. I don't understand why their ratings are so low but I've always had consistently great Whoppers from here especially since BK made an improvement to their menu. Service is mostly quick and accurate. Fries are just average but that's at all BKs. Cokes are good. They always give enough condiments. I'm giving this restaurant a great rating. I'm completely satisfied. read more

HA no WONDER y'all only have 2 stars! Well I'm do ya one "better" and give ONE! We only got 2 sandwiches so I don't see what was taking overly too long, then when we FINALLY get our food you stuff it so full of sauces that we can't see how grease the packages to the sandwiches are and how SLOPY the one is thrown together. To make things WORSE ya looks like y'all were as much of a mess inside as your food looked bc we got the fucked up pieces from your onion rings AND to try and cover up THAT mess y'all put the pieces at the bottom of the cup and tried to cover those up with the normal pieces! This BK deserves 0 stars. From the other reviews it is obvious management doesn't give a... What I don't understand is where is corporate? The franchise should lose the BK name. Plus, the place is a sham obviously scamming transient travelers to and from FL vacations (as seen by the out of state license plates, no locals, they obviously know better). This BK only offers FULL PRICE options. We tried to use an in-store app coupon only to be told after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru lane this franchise DOES NOT allow any deals. This is the first FULL PRiCE BK I have ever been to outside an airport. After being in line so long, and needing to get back on the road, we had to spend over 2X more then expected. Oh, and on top of that they were out of coke and cherry syrup for the frozen drinks. Then we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the food, after they still got our drink order wrong. Don't expect that if you go through the drive through you will get your order. After pulling up and waiting 20 minutes WE went in, only to see our order on the counter. Not sure how long it was there but the fries were cold and the patties were not completely cooked. Some of the employees behind the counter were just standing around. If you are going south on the 75, there is another BK 14 miles down the road. I would check the reviews beforehand... today I learned you cannot trust BK on its name alone. read more

Mystar rating is generous mainly because of service. We stopped in off the highway. Ordered an egg&cheese croissant meal with an orange juice, 2 $1 French toast and an apple juice. The service was great.. The employees were nice and friendly. We were greeted when we entered and told she would be with us after she finished with the gentleman ahead of us. Our food came promptly thereafter. That's when the problem starts. My hashbrowns tasted like they'd been sitting there all morning. My sandwich looked as though a stream roller had run over it. The French toast sticks were ok. I'd probably stop somewhere else next time. Although good service is important, I stopped for good food and I didn't receive that. read more

On our way home from FL we stopped for lunch. I understand that most places are short staffed in these times but over an hour to feed 11 people is crazy! Not very organized putting orders together lead to many people standing around waiting. A simple "we are sorry, be right with you" goes a long way today. The cashier seemed angry and bored with her job. On a positive note the good was hot and good. Hopefully things will improve for them soon. read more

Probably the worst Burger King I've ever had. Extremely slow service and the the window attendant about gave us the wrong order. The burgers were average, but the fries were stale and we ordered Coke to drink and it's basically sparkling water. No flavor or color at ALL. We stopped in off the highway on our way to Florida. I wouldn't recommend stopping here.... keep on driving. Paid $15 and tossed the fries and the coke. Gross. read more

Nasty Burger King. slow service... Food i threw in trash after first bite. Bread smelled old and the meat was pink.

Impatient order taker, clerk had an attitude at the window, and then the food was cold. Never again BK.

We went to BK due to seeing a commercial for the Angry Bird Box for $6 unfortunately Adel didn't have box so we ordered 3 meals the kids enjoyed it, we also ordered 2 10pc spicy nuggets which were burnt. So all in all the kids enjoyed their meal minus the cookie. read more

My wife and I stopped at this Burger King on the way back to Atlanta from FL and I wish I never wasted those 20 minutes. Not only did one of the mangers think I did not pay for my cup the food was messed up twice. I will make sure not to stop there anymore. I never in my life had to do a return on fast food! read more

Like the other poster, we stopped here because it was close to the Walmart (same parking lot) while traveling. I recommend you go elsewhere. There are ten other food joints at this exit. Very slow service, waited past the drive thru and then the order was missing something so we had to go in anyhow, after waiting too long in the first place. I am officially removing Burger King as a possible road food stop (as I only eat fast food if I have to while traveling) but this was the end for BK. Poor quality food as a whole. Not that I correlate quality with fast food in general, but everywhere is better. Better than simply eatable. read more

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was waiting for more than fifteen minutes in front of the counter and NO ONE turned to see me and tell me anything, everyone was talking to each other, laughing, yelling at each other and another left his work area (the restaurant was empty) the girl who was in the fries area (closest to me) said nothing, just turned his back, a person came to ask her something and just ignored hem, when I asked her if she could attend to me she said in an annoyed tone "you can wait a second "definitely this person should not be in the customer service area (this happened yesterday sunday 07/19 at 4:30 pm) Seeing this situation, a girl came to try to solve the whole matter, she was very kind and apologized for the rude attitude of her partner (her name is Kimberly and she was the only one who did her job in an excellent way, the attention of this girl is the only good thing about this place) Another client warned that there was no ice in the machine and this girl (Kimberly) asked the favor of the one who was rude (the one who was in the fries) to serve ice in the machine, this other one just ignored her and did not nothing, Kimberly was the one who solved while receiving orders serving ice to each glass of customers. read more
