I went during their breakfast hour I waited in the long line and got some hotcakes and an order of burritos. I got no fork for the hotcakes or even syrup and butter. I also didn't get any hot sauce for the burritos even when I asked the guy for some hotcakes sauce he said it was in the bag (it was not) :| read more

morning and midday it's always fine, but no matter what time or day of the week, at night service and food is always terrible. We just went and the girl taking payment was just overall very unpleasant, we said thank you at each window and both employees just ignored us. They forget our sauce that we pay extra for almost every time, fries aren't very good and nuggets are undercooked. Overall they need nicer staff and more staff. Just got home so i'm editing this, i open my nugget box to find slices of cheese. Are you serious?!!? read more

The store manager, Miriam was very rude and not warming welcoming. Also, my order was incorrect and I didn't receive a receipt.

Service is slow fries were soggy as well as the rest of the food. Highly recommend skipping this place

Overall decent visit. We sat inside and tables were a little dirty and the food took a while to come to us. But Donna , I think her name was was a very nice helpful person inside. read more

If you come at night around 7-8 oclock get ready to wait. I ordered through the app and waited 30-45 minutes for a Big Mac and fries. Kinda of ridiculous if you ask me. I literally called the people at Mcdonalds and asked for the wait time for a drive thru order. They told me 5-10 minutes but they are lying to you. They told me they only got 1 person in the kitchen. Sounds like poor management and lazy workers to me. Claims they are a fast food restaurant but you can literally buy a Create your own pasta bowl from Olive Garden for cheaper than that and get your food faster plus never ending breadsticks and salad/soup. read more

Close this shit down immediately! Rude ass drive thru lady and sloppy food. Way too much ketchup on my Bacon McDouble! I felt like I was sitting in the projects, ordering from someone's Mama house. The young woman that handed me my food was very pleasant and we even exchanged numbers. read more

This place needs to honestly be shut down. I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 mins and they tried to act like they didn't see me or see the 11 cars behind me. When I drove to the window, people were walking by acting like they didn't see me. Making eye contact with me. Clearly they're there to make money but not work. Took my business to biscuitville and will for the future. If you're not going to serve people then just close down and put a restaurant there that does want to serve people. read more

LONG WAIT! Went through the drive thru. Ordered normally, they said my food wasn't ready so I was asked to park to the side. After waiting 25mins I went inside to ask about our food. Took 3 people and a manager to figure what happened with my order. After waiting even longer I finally got my order after a total of 40mins of waiting. The manager compensated us with 2 free breakfast meals which was appreciated but this should not be happening, for fast food! read more

Zero stars. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal with water and Buffalo sauce. I got just a sausage biscuit with cheese.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to they asked me what I had ordered 4 times and yet waited for about an hour for a burger and happy meal. It's ridiculous they just hire anyone nowadays read more

slowest service from a fast food restaurant. this place worries about serving the drive thru and door dash than serving it patrons that are dining in. unacceptable! if you don't have the personnel to keep up then hire more employees! read more

Today, after sitting for 10minutes in the Drive-through and watching the very inefficient processing of all the cars, getting up to the speaker box and thinking maybe somebody was going to greet me, I wait in three minutes without even so much is a "welcome to McDonald's." There was finally a break in between the cars and I just pulled away and went to Wendy's. I don't know why even bother going to this McDonald's, ever! read more

Insanely slow. I've never experienced anything like this. 49 min for drive they. Main lobby not open. Child wants a McFlurry

Don't ever go here they gave me this small piece of chicken on my sandwhich. They bein stingy. I know you lyin cuh

AVOID LOCATION!! HORRIBLE LOCATIONS!!!!!! Wait in looooong line. Food is cold! after taking a bite .. getting ready to take another I noticed burger is raw in the inside. I immediately go back up there. Line is long, I see girl who took my order she said she is going call manager Bryan... she said that he said that you have to come thru drive thru wtf. I got so mad just threw that mess on the ground ridiculous!! After waiting in line soooo long just to get cold uncooked food and then have to wait in long line to get my money back is unbelievable ... ridiculous when manager could have come open door and handled my issue. I didn't have to come in. At the end of the day manger like that isn't worth shit bc he's back their supervising while his workers giving people anything to eat.. some McDonald's are pretty shitty compared to others but damn I NEVER been to one that's giving raw food.. this location takes the Cake! I would give zero stars! read more

This is McDonalds is the most poorly operated fast food restaurant I've ever been too. I placed an order on the app for my grandson to eat after cross country practice. Unfortunately McDonalds is his favorite after school place. I double checked my order before placing it because he's picky and I'm careful. We waited 25 minutes after arriving on the property and pulling into curbside. Even after waiting a crazy amount of time the order was wrong and incomplete when delivered. We've been to other McDonalds and the one in Southern Pines should just close. They can't produce food In an approximate time frame and no matter how simple the order is they screw it up! If it weren't for a grandson that loves McDonalds food I would never stop at this restaurant ever!!!!! I only gave one star because that's a low as you can go but they don't deserve any stars! read more

What a shame how this location has declined. I would stop here for breakfast for over a decade while on active duty in the military, but this morning was the last time. Rude manager uninterested in correcting something that was wrong, then copping an attitude. As a local, you are going to put this location out of business. We expect better in this town. HEY OWNERS, IF YOU'RE 19/20 ONE STAR REVIEWS, IT'S YOU, NOT US. read more

I went in it was so crowded and when I ordered on the big screen it over 20 minutes to wait

so good try french fires with ice cream it will taste good and try the blueberry slushy taste good

this place fucking sucks they didn't give me my food for like 30 mins and i found a cockroach in my burger along with someone's weave hair it was the most disgusting thing i have ever witnessed all these 19 years i've been alive. it was terrible read more

Me again. Today is the day I've given up on this McDonald's. No longer going there. They literally forgot ALL THE FRIES to our meals. Oh and the three plain kids cheeseburger meals? Yep all hamburgers with all the toppings. Really nailed it on the head here. Do no eat here. There are plenty of other choices that are faster and better at the simplest part of fast food service. There's a different McDonald's in Taylortown about 15 mins from this one, go there. Avoid this one at all costs. This McDonald's has to be the last ranked McDonald's in all the world. The whole world. Absolutely garbage service, speed, accuracy and the food at 11:03 ... three minutes after lunch starts tastes like it came from the depths of hell right under the devils ass. read more

An absolute s:;tshow. Can't go in, long wait, bad food. The one redeeming quality is the lady who works drive through in the morning

Sat in line for thirty min also when going up to the window had no type of greeting was just handed the food . The only reason why I come here is because unfortunately my daughter loves Mcdoulds . I rarely come here and when I do, it reminds me of the reason why I don't . Worst McDonald's ever. read more

Had too big of a line so they locked their doors at 545 pm on a Wednesday. This play needs more staff and better management.

One would imagine that with not a single person inside the restaurant and drive thru biz only that employees would have time to clean the bathrooms. Especially during these times of heath concerns and hyper sensitivity of cleanliness, it seems very important. Step it up, McDonalds. There are other choices for dining. read more

The drive through is terrible. Long waits. Wonder how much money this store has cost McDonald's?

the food is terribl. this place thinks it's ok to service half done burgers. not the first I heard of them doing this. But it's true. I ordered quater pound meal with bacon meat pink on the inside. brought food back told manager she's looking shock. I told manager they no that's not the proper way. the staff is very unprofessional see u standing and will leave you there standing until u say excause me. health department and corporate will no about this location read more

Terrible customer service and poorly understaffed. You you can't expect too much with fast food. Still disappointed that a classic has become an establishment one walks out of because the customer service is that bad. read more

horrible. wouldn't order from here again. bad service and took so long to get food which was missing sauces, and the wrong order.

This has got to be the worst McDonald service ever. The drive thru is extremely slow and the staff is always rude to the customers. Sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes to get one meal. I don't eat here very often so I'm sure they won't miss my business read more

I come here to this area to visit relatives and I can't believe the reviews. Every time I come it's clean with someone always cleaning. I usually come late night and at 3 am they are fri badly and attentive. Sometimes I want their big breakfast and they make it special even though it's not available at that time usually. When I come during the day it is packed but I never wait long and everyone is friendly. I can't say that when I go to other mc Donald's where they mess up the order, not friendly and the food is cold. Here it's above average in all aspects. This is a 24/7 store and it's busy more than others around it but they still give great service. They need to have the big breakfast on the 24 hour menu though as it's nice to have it at 3 am :-) read more

Probably one of the worst stores I've gone to. Nearly always forgets to give you straws with your drink AND more times than not, your order will be wrong. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the manager but the phone is constantly busy. Growing up working in a McDonald's restaurant as a teen and in the Corporate office in Illinois for nearly 8 years, I can tell you this store does NOT follow standards that most stores do. It's a shame. read more

Haha ok I don't expect much from McDonald's... it's cheap fast food but this location is REAL bad. I just waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes (....it was not crowded) and then got the wrong order and my fries are legit COLD. I also noticed the two cars in front of me take their meal back inside. somethin has got to be done about this place read more

This McDonalds is hit or miss, with an emphasis on MISS! My husband and I really like their coffee. However receiving our coffee how we ordered it is a challenge. We order it the same way every time we go through the drive thru. Some days there's no cream, some days they put sugar instead of the Splenda we ask for. Even today I say good morning, thank you, there is Splenda in them, right? The response, I don't know I didn't make it. Okay ma'am would you please ask, oh no she put sugar in them....okay clearly on the cup it said cream and Splenda. So I requested they remake them. They brought me the same exact coffee and told me there was Splenda in them. I know this seems trivial to the other things that are going on in the world today but this is a clear indication in the lack of accountability and standards we've come accustomed too. If I pay for a product I should receive the product I purchased. In my opinion, McDonalds employees that do their jobs well should be compensated well ,if they perform substandard then get rid of them. They are making the other hardworking team members look bad. read more

Terrible service and rude staff and manager. It's always bad there but tonight we decided we will never go back. We ordered 3 kids meals and McFlurry using the app to avoid contact during covid. We waited for 10 mins and asked a worker walking by when it will be ready. She said they were working on it. We waited another 15. Drive through is moving fine. I finally walk in and find the order cold and mcflurries melted sitting on the counter. No one would look at or talk to me. I asked for a refund for the melted icreceam and the manager shrugged and threw them in the trash and gave me a refund. No one said sorry. Zaxby's and chick fil a are doing great. read more

I just got two sausage egg and cheese muffins. One of them didn't have cheese and the other had a rather large egg shell in it. The egg shell was a bit bigger than a quarter. How do you miss that?
