I usually stop by once or twice a week and occasionally meet up there with my coffee buddy a couple of times a month. Recently, I ordered a 16oz drip coffee with two shots of strawberry syrup and had my daughter pick it up for me. When she dropped it off, I realized I had been given a 12 oz instead of the 16 oz I paid for. I immediately called the store, and they apologized after reviewing the cameras and confirming the mistake. I was told I could stop by later for the correct order, and since I was unable to return that day, I was assured it would be noted for me. After being out of town, I called the store to confirm I could still pick up the replacement order. This time, I was told there was "no board," that no one named Amanda worked there, and that "they don't give away free coffee." At that point, the issue was no longer about coffee. I expected to receive what I originally paid for after the store acknowledged the mistake. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was asking for something free or dishonest. As a regular customer, the experience was disappointing enough that I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
