I thought, who better to put it in than the original orthodontist that did my braces. I called to make an appointment an inquire about cost and the staff informed me that he would fix it for free. Ok, great! After all these years, I thought that was pretty cool. I get to the office and no one is in sight. Ok, so I sit and wait. The front office staff were slightly rude. You know the looks you get when someone thinks uh, yeah sure you had treatment here and we can't verify it because we no longer have your records so we have to oblige you. Oh, I guess I should have apologized? Or maybe I should have looked different, more upscale perhaps? I get called back and sit between a couple of tweeners who already know the "routine". Dr. Yenne barely said anything to me. I would have thought he would have made some kind of inquiry or "gee, how have you been after all these years". But Nope! What a pompous a**.... His orthodontic assistant was nice but him? Meh. I am sure it was because he had to do something for free....what a waste of his precious, money making time! He proceeds to drill the old glue off and asks how long I had had the retainer....about 30 years I said. He says, wow, it lasted that long.....and....."this is why I stopped using braided wire about 29 years ago". I felt as if he thought I was lying. Oh, I am sorry that YOU PUT BRAIDED WIRE IN FOR A RETAINER AND NOW YOU HAVE TO DRILL SOME OF THE GLUE OFF! I am sorry that it took longer than five minutes since you had other "paying" customers waiting! Don't offer to fix something for free if you don't really want to do it. Um-kay! He seemed irritated that he had to drill some of the old glue off and add some glue to secure it on. Really? Not to mention he did a crappy job. I had huge glue globs between my teeth that kept peeling off and I also had to floss off and most of his "fixes" have come off, except for one. Boo Dr. Yenne!!!!

Exactly a year later I was called non stop about a large balance owed that was late. They said they were behind on billing and are cleaning up their books and that I had to pay it now. Its bad practice to bill a year later and demand money on the spot. Lisa is a very rude person and was unwilling to help. She also calls 3-4 times in a row like an immature kid. A few days later it was sent to collections. Overall a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

They then informed me they still have the 0800 available and put her back on the schedule. This is important to her continuation of care for her braces. I am very disappointed in lack of communication and care from this office.

Once one of my children got called back they are putting her on the laughing gas for her dental work and the assistant told me to stop telling my child what to expect during the exam!
