We had some PVC break between our well-house and tank (was buried very shallow by whoever put it…read moreall in originally) at 6pm on a Monday. I started calling local companies hoping to catch someone after-hours and Acme was the first to pick up. They patiently walked me through turning everything off properly over the phone, then had me text some pics so they could stop by the next morning. Braden contacted me the next day and stopped by. He explained what he was going to do and the approx cost, then cut out and replaced the broke section of pipe pretty quickly. He took photos of what he did before backfilling so he could show me, and when I brought out the check I saw he had ran to get a handsaw and cut back some roots to clean up the surrounding area a bit (we broke the pipe while cutting out the roots). Very polite and professional, pricing was very competitive. Call these guys up for anything with wells around Ramona.

Moore Plumbing and Drains has provided plumbing support for my home in Escondido three times over…read morethe past 6-8 years and they have always done a top notch job, reasonably priced, and done what they said they would do.. Jordan deserves special mention since he has always been outstanding. I don't normally write reviews, but the emergency I had last Saturday afternoon is noteworthy. As I got ready to take a shower in a downstairs bathroom the washer upstairs drained explosively and put nearly an inch of water in the downstairs bathroom. And all three of my toilets added to the water. I called Moore and Meghan stayed assessed the situation and gave me her private number. She didn't have anyone available but did recommend another Plumber in our area. I called them and explained the situation, but by 4 AM Sunday still had no response. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday. Moore has competent staff who take their mission seriously and do not try to up sell or take advantage of an emergency. A 5 Star Rating is not enough. Jim W

After 20 years our pump gave out and had to be replaced. They came out in a couple of days to fix the pump and their work was more than exceptional. They left everything in the same condition it was in before they started which entailed quite a bit of work. I was amazed at how professional this team was and courteous as well.
