I only needed exterior cleaning so I opted for the mid-range $20 car wash. A worker is stationed at the entrance of the car wash that makes sure you are aligned on the track before entering. The kids enjoyed the light show as you move through the tunnel. My car was shiny and clean, including the overhang on the trunk that most car washes miss. The car wash uses soft microfiber clothes to wash your car though I'll always be concerned about the dreaded swirls in your paint. A few spots on my tires and side view mirrors were missed. I'm considering the $34/month membership.

Don't get me wrong, this is a good thing, competition drives down prices and increase service. This is exactly why this review of Splash In is necessary. I intend to try every new card wash to find the best blend of service and value. As of now, I can comfortably say that Splash In is a great option. I've used this facility twice and each time I was pleasantly surprised at their customer service. On my second visit, the Manager Carlos came over to ask my opinion of the carwash. During that discussion, I couldn't help but to notice both his professionalism and his passion to deliver a good product. So if you live in the La Plata, White Plains, Waldorf area and you don't mind vacuuming your interior with their super-high power vacuums yourself, then this car wash facility is perfect. * Recommendation Level - High

I had a very disappointing experience overall, although I do want to note that the on-site staff…read morewere professional, helpful, and apologetic when I reported the issue. I brought my 2018 Ram 1500 through this car wash and immediately after exiting, I noticed fresh scratches on the driver-side front bumper (knife edge). I reported it right away to the on-duty supervisor and took photos on the spot documenting the damage. The scratches are clearly horizontal and consistent with something dragging across the bumper during the wash process--not random wear or "preexisting damage" as was later claimed. I filed a claim, which was ultimately denied by corporate/insurance. They stated their decision was based on video evidence, but refused to provide that footage when I requested it, stating it is "proprietary." So to summarize: * Damage occurred during the wash and was reported immediately * Staff on site were professional and responsive * Photo evidence was provided * Claim was denied as "preexisting" * Video evidence used in their decision was not shared I've since canceled my memberships. I understand that issues can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, while the local staff handled things well, the corporate/insurance side of this experience was extremely disappointing. If you choose to use this location, I would strongly recommend inspecting your vehicle immediately before and after your wash.

I saw $30 or $40 online yet it was $50 just for the exterior and it could've been cleaned better for that price! I even saw how the car in front of me has dirt still around the license plate area and he paid more for his suv. I appreciate the labor given the snow gunk and it's hard on just a few guys arms back to back for a train of cars! Still, I think $50 is a bit much for the service I got. It was a busy Friday so wait time was an hour then the actual service about 20 minutes. Go, enjoy
