My appointment was for 9:15, but I arrived at 9:10. They took my car and told me service advisor was David. I said I was waiting for my car because I was starting my trip back to Colorado today. TWO HOURS LATER-- at 11:10-- my car is ready. However, I found out that for this appointment, all they did was rotate the tires. Why in the world did it take 2 hours to do this?? Part of me is annoyed that my oil wasn't changed anyway, knowing I am driving halfway across the country and this is what I had asked for when I booked the appointment over a week ago, but even though they didn't change the oil, it should not have taken 2 hours to swap some tires around.

I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, waited for 15 mins till a gentleman told me a service advisor will be with me and to pull up further in the service lane. I waited for another 20 mins in the car, no one came out so I went in to see if someone could assist. A service advisor said they're running behind since they're shorthanded, apologized for the wait and someone would be with me shortly. So I waited for another 20 mins, no one came out then I decided to leave. Worse experience I've had at any dealership. Ever since they've changed over from Palmer's, the level of service isn't there anymore.

**Service Department Review**…read more Imagine moving to a new city and three weeks after the move, hubby's car decides to overheat at red lights and loses its entire mind! Well, that's what happened and of course, being new to town-- we had no clue where to turn and needed immediate help. (Preferably, without being raked across the coals!) Not one, but TWO recommendations from the hubby's office sent us (literally) running into Andrew's arms, and bracing ourselves for a decent report. Just as described, Andrew's took great care of us. Reggie helped us originally and offered great customer care. Andrew's replaced the necessary sensor and a coil of some sort (don't make me talk car parts, I'm not classically trained), graciously offered us a loaner (we couldn't accept and used my car), washed hubs' car, AND quoted us a truly reasonable price (and by reasonable, I mean I didn't get the urge to cry)-- just went above and beyond! Fast forward-- We've now returned 2 times for regular maintenance and checks since our arrival, we've recommended Andrew's to a friend, and the level of service continues to exceed expectations. My last visit to the lot had me strongly considering buying one of their gorgeous cars that I can't afford, but the hubs pulled me away before any real damage was done! Andrew is the best, truly helped us, and now we're in it for the long haul! Also, doesn't hurt that he's a South Alabama supporter. All in all, our money and our vehicles are safe at Andrew's Imports! Now, about that car...

For three…read moreconsecutive weeks, I called the service department every single day asking about my car and the loaner, but there was no response from my service advisor. On one of my calls on October 10, 2025, I even recorded a conversation where one of the receptionists could be heard in the background saying, "He's calling again." Such unprofessional remarks should not occur at a dealership. There was always an excuse as to why they did not have any loaners available. However, when I went to retrieve my vehicle after three weeks, there were over 14 loaners on the lot. My vehicle was being serviced due to a manufacturer defect with the motor, so I expected better communication and support during the process. The General Manager was given my phone number in case he wanted to return my call, but I never received a response. To top it all off, when I eventually received my car back, it was in very dirty condition, covered in dust, totally unacceptable after such a long wait and lack of communication. even after this experience, I was still coerced to leave a good review. I have been very patient and respectful throughout this process, but the whole experience clearly showed poor customer service, no accountability, and a lack of care. I sincerely hope management and Hyundai Corporate take notice of this situation and make improvements.

I took it to a body shop were they unveiled all this damage that had been purposely hidden. My crash bar was crushed in, engine cradle destroyed, frame was bent and had been pulled to straighten it, my headlight was drilled through to make it stay in, no support holding in my grill or radiator and to top it off my bumper was epoxyed on. The body shop says the car should have been totaled. But instead it was sold to me in this condition. I contacted the manager and he basically let me know it was my problem now... I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

They sold us a car that was messed up and said they would fix it before we came back the following…read moreday to pick it up.. it was not fixed.. fast forward a week they told us to bring it in since it had only gotten much worse and they'd fix it.. told us it would only take a day.. two days tops.. they had our car for almost 2 weeks and only fixed one of the four things they said they would fix.. every time we called for an update they were rude and didn't want to give an explanation to why it was taking so long to be fixed.. and we have yet to receive the title application to get our tag and registration.. we called about that and again they were rude and we were told to call back and were hung up on.. we called back and no answer.. this car has been nothing but a hassle since we got it and the dealer isn't making it any better.. avoid this place if you can.. they're gonna tell you they can work with all credit but that's a lie.. my advice is to go up the road to any of the other dealers since they're gonna run your credit a thousand times and still get denied for everything until someone else signs for the car for you with good credit.. and you still get a crappy car.. save yourself time and frustration and just go to a better known dealer!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!! We purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS. The radio did not work and we were…read morerepeatedly told during the test drive that ANYTHING wrong with the vehicle would be fixed by them. Let's discuss the financing really fast before we get into all of the issues with the vehicle. We were told we had a 13% interest rate. We got the paperwork MAILED TO US they would not give it to us there- and suprise we had a 29.99% interest rate. Wtf! When we discussed this with them on the phone after receiving the paperwork we were told that the interest rates were just high rn and to come back in 6 months to refinance and they promised it would be no issue to get us a lower interest rate. They also financed us through a predatory finance company called Santander which was not the one we were supposed to go through. They will literally finance you through whomever gives THEM the most money for the car and not what is best for you as the customer. We bought the car. The next morning-NOT EVEN 12 hours of having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I immediately called and since it was a Saturday I was told it would have to wait until MONDAY when the actual techs were in. Imagine my surprise when MONDAY morning I call the person that sold me the vehicle, Ryan whom during the purchasing said he would be there for us with this vehicle- told us that he just "sold the car" and that we would have to work with the maintenance dept to get it looked at. It took forever to get the car looked at. We had a previously scheduled appt for the radio. The radio was fixed- THATS THE ONLY DAMN THING EVER TOUCHED- while there we told them the light was on and we were having major issues with the car. The check engine light was on, the transmission was making a weird shutter, and the tires were making a weird noise. They refused to look at it and told us another appt would have to be made. Two weeks later we take the car to the appt for the check engine light. Come to find out it was a shutter system on the front of the car. They told us it was fixed and all they did was CLEAR THE CODE. The next morning I left for work and the light came back on.-surprise. We had also mentioned an issue/shutter with the transmission in the car. We took it back as the light was back on and told them about the transmission. They "reprogrammed" the active shutter system and said nothing was wrong with the transmission and they drove it and didn't feel the shutter. I had reset my mileage before dropping it off and they literally drove the car 3 miles. After leaving this appointment and yet again being told nothing was wrong the light came back on. I was extremely worried about my vehicle and was getting the run around from Skco and it was taking WEEKS to get any appt and nothing was being done so we took it to another shop. My back wheels were about to FALL OFF. The back axels were about to come out of the rear end. Every single bolt was loose and backed out. That was the big reason for the noise/vibrations we were feeling but Skco couldn't feel. We also had them look at the transmission so see about the shutter and Cadillac said the transmission was going out and we could flush it to try and help lessen the shutter- again Skco said nothing was wrong with the transmission. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON A CAR WE JUST PURCHASED. SKCO REFUSED TO ADMIT ANYTHING WAS WRONG AND GAVE US A CONTINUAL RUN AROUND. Fast forward a few months later the transmission fully went out and it was $7,800.00 to rebuild or $10,000 for a new transmission for a vehicle we financed at $18,000. I also had to stack the negative equity onto a new vehicle as I was stranded and was going to loose my job. The new company we bought the vehicle through has been a DREAM. I can call my sales associate for ANYTHING and he always answers and does anything he can do help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MULLINAX FORD. Mr. James Hankins is absolutely an angel and will get you taken care of. I even have his personal cell phone number! Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything here.
