This was a major project that required…read moredigging 16 feet deep to make our sewer connection--something very few crews have the equipment or expertise to handle. They coordinated everything with the county, safely redirected traffic, tore up and repaired a paved road, and dug and installed the sewer lines all the way to our house. What really impressed us was how efficiently everything was completed. Despite the complexity of the project, the entire job was finished in just two days without sacrificing quality. A huge thank you to Eric, Walker, and young Danny. They were professional, hardworking, and communicated with us every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, while also being mindful of our property lines and making sure everything was done correctly. Watching this crew work was impressive. It was clear they had the specialized equipment, experience, and teamwork to tackle a job that many contractors simply couldn't. They made a very challenging project look easy while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Bianco Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, capable, and trustworthy team. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I would avoid if possible…read more Had septic pumped by Mark on 12/27/24. Septic was full again on 3/1/25. I asked Mark how this could be when it was just pumped and was told that the pump had gone completely out. I asked him why he did not tell me this after he pumped it (he called me to charge the fee and said nothing), and he stated "someone was walking by while I was pumping it and I talked to them for a little while". I told him this seemed pretty dishonest as I think he if he found a major issue with my septic, he should have made sure to tell the home owner and not a random bystander. He then told me he was busy for a few weeks and I would have to find another company to work with. So just know if you get work done by Mark, he is not very communicative and will not tell you if he notices any major issues. He also then will not respond or attempt to help after the fact. If I could report him to the BBB I would, but they are not an actual legitimate business.

I'd met David, the technician who did the work at my house on several occasions. Honest and straightforward, easy to communicate with, thorough and helpful. They had my credit card on file and a key to my house so they could more easily schedule and perform the work. This is the level of trust and satisfaction I had with them. Sadly, for whatever reason they sold out to a larger company, which is not local to Show Low, but based in Mesa. Neither company notified me of this change. Thus far I'm leery of Bulwark because of their unbending policies to: * record every telephone call (even if the customer requests otherwise), * number every customer and refer to them by number rather than name, * coerce all customers into contracts with legalistic, corporate terms and conditions, * push for automated billing, and * treat customers as if they're commodities to be bought and sold along with companies that Bulwark has swallowed up along its growth trajectory. Anyway this is about Saline Pest Management, and good memories. I guess the downside of doing business with small family-owned companies is that someday the folks want to retire and do other things with their time. I wish them well and thank them for their service.

They said it was the thermostat and a coil or something like that that went out. $800, When they put it back together it sounded like a jet engine taking off. They told me that it was the exhaust fan, They would order it, $1200 later the same tec came out to install it. The heater worked good for 3 or 4 weeks and went out, again on a weekend. One of the installers came out because he was on call and said after I told him that I was already 2k deep into this unit in the last couple of months. He told me that something covered went out and they would fix it for free. A few days later the same tec that came out worked on it the last two times said the circuit board went out, That it was not covered and would be another $1600 to fix, And that the heater was rusted out and needed to be replaced. I asked how much dose a new heater cost and he told me that they are around 4k. If the heater needed to be replaced they should have led with that information from the start. Not sure if I just ended up with the tec that finished last in school or if this is the way this company dose business. I told them no to fixing it and last month i stated getting estimates for a heater/ AC combo, I called them to see if they would count some of the cash I have waisted there towards a new system. I told them that I wanted a Trane unit. It took several days for them to get back to me and when they did their discounted offer was 2k more than the company that was installing my new system that day. Not sure if it was the tec that kept coming or the company, But i would not recommend.
