So many contractors don't even want to make the trip out to Concho, but they did -- and with such a positive attitude. What initially seemed like a water heater issue turned out to be a serious wiring problem. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix it, but they also repaired faulty wiring to another appliance. Their expertise and thoroughness likely prevented a potential house fire. Thanks to Russell and Sons, an entire family now has warm water and, more importantly, a safer home. We are incredibly thankful for their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Bianco Plumbing! This was a major project that required…read moredigging 16 feet deep to make our sewer connection--something very few crews have the equipment or expertise to handle. They coordinated everything with the county, safely redirected traffic, tore up and repaired a paved road, and dug and installed the sewer lines all the way to our house. What really impressed us was how efficiently everything was completed. Despite the complexity of the project, the entire job was finished in just two days without sacrificing quality. A huge thank you to Eric, Walker, and young Danny. They were professional, hardworking, and communicated with us every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, while also being mindful of our property lines and making sure everything was done correctly. Watching this crew work was impressive. It was clear they had the specialized equipment, experience, and teamwork to tackle a job that many contractors simply couldn't. They made a very challenging project look easy while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Bianco Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, capable, and trustworthy team. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I would…read morenot have called DR were it not for the fantastic recommendation of our friends Gary and Lynn. Anyway, we phoned DR as we had been smelling mold around our jacuzzi bathtub, but could not pinpoint it. The prior owners had not used the tub in what had to be years as evidenced by the black gunk that came out of the jets. It was during our cleaning the neglect from the system that the leak showed. In the process of cleaning the years of neglect, the tub plumbing started to leak. It was a leak that only presented itself when the jacuzzi jets were actually running. While I don't quite remember the timeframe I was given for someone to show up, a technician phoned us back very quickly and said he had time and could come take a look. While I failed to get his name, he accessed the jacuzzi plumbing components through an access panel and asked me to fill the tub. After filling the tub, he in fact found a leak and repaired it. Thanks to DR Plumbing for finding and fixing the leak. The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely keep their number handy. Highly recommend DR Plumbing.
