Quick lube had only one truck and it was not getting an oil change. Nothing else going on. I believe Shane was the one running the quick lube and was helping the customer with his diesel truck. Another employee asked what I needed and I said just an oil change as I am passing through and I do oil changes every 5000 miles. On my trip I won't make it back to California before the oil life monitor reaches 0 percent as I was already at 21 percent. He said the lube shop was closed but if Shane said ok he would take the truck over to the main shop and do it. When Shane came back in I asked him if he could do a quick oil change. He said "oh you want a quick oil change " like oil changes are major undertakings then he said nope we are closed for the day. He did ask my oil life percent which I told him and he said you have 1500 miles left. I said I don't run it out and I do changes every 5000 miles. His attitude was well to bad we are closed. The service hours for Saturday are until 5:00 pm. Seems like a service that takes roughly 30 minutes could have been completed. If this was my business I would have taken care of the customer especially since many employees were just standing around and some were tiding up. Only the one person said I'll do it if Shane says it's ok. I wish I got his name. Well Shane thanks for nothing but I will be passing through again in a few days and I will be sure to stop by and say hi to you and the service manager and if that's you then the next guy up the food chain.

That's nearly double what I was quoted, and I even have a recording of the original price. There was no clear explanation for the massive increase. After looking at other reviews, I noticed a pattern of people saying the same thing: quoted one price, then charged way more. At that point, it stops feeling like a one-off issue. If you're considering using this company, be very careful. Get everything in writing, double-check every charge, and don't rely on verbal quotes. I couldn't get through on the phone, when my Mercedes Roadtrek RV was serviced it was dirtier then when I left it with DEF fluid running down the side. After that incident I had to take my Mercedes to Phoenix for service. Fast forward to 2025, I heard the Mercedes dealership in Flagstaff was taken over by new management. I went back and have been extremely impressed with the personnel, like Jess, who goes above and beyond to help and returns calls promptly. I am from a small town where we had a great local car repair who became a friend to everyone he did business with. This dealership has the same management style. And this customer is extremely grateful to not have to drive down to Phoenix for repairs!

It was super hard getting a new rim for us because it was the weekend and it wasn't in stock anywhere around and they tried every possible option to still get us the part as soon as possible.
