I asked for quotes on Yelp and Thumbtack, and Mykel was the best value and was willing to hold back from coming until I felt like all hope was lost to find my key. He checked in on me a couple of times, and was rooting for me that I didn't need him. I finally asked him to come and replace the key. He showed up when he said he would, and he did a great job on a car that was a bit finicky about accepting a new key. He also made sure that I now have a spare key. I wish I needed locksmith's more in my life so that I could call him to do more work, but I really kind of hope I don't ever need him again. If you have a key issue with you car, CALL CARS 4 KEYS and hire Mykel. He won't disappoint, and his prices were the best of the 8 quotes I requested.

Upon calling a to z, you'll be met with a disrespectful, unprofessional, dried out old man-- don't waste your time or money trying to schedule an appointment with this old pr*ck. Set up an appointment a week ago to try and get into our dead mothers storage units, to which he gave a ridiculous TWO HOUR WINDOW that he would be there some time between 10 am and noon, and that he would call us when he arrived. Wasted over two hours waiting on this d*ck head to arrive this morning, sitting in the car with a screaming 3 month old baby. Finally called to check if he was almost there yet, and he claimed he had "no appointments set up for this morning". Upon calling back, he hung up on us multiple times lol. If you were considering A-Z locksmith, I would highly recommend you reconsider if you value your time!
