We spent hours on the phone with AAA (they wouldn't tow it to a safer location unless we took it to a dealer/shop). All shops were closed so we couldn't call anyone to see if they'd take the car. We talked to numerous locksmiths who advertised 24 hour services, yet wouldn't come out that day. I don't blame someone for not wanting to work on a Sunday afternoon, but calling yourself a 24 hour locksmith is a bit disingenuous, eh? Not only that, but two other shops quoted twice what this guy quoted us, and still wouldn't come out that day. Sent in a message via yelp to PMJ locksmith and got a response within a minute (literally). Called them up and was told he would be out after his current job, gave me a fair estimate. True to his word he called me after his current job and was on his way. Fixed the car in absolute darkness with nothing more than a small flashlight to see. Stuck to his quote and fixed the car right up. Not only did he call when he said he'd call and show up when he said he would, he was very friendly on top of it.
