Went in, did the paperwork, loaded the tool in my truck. That is when I looked at my receipt. It turns out the rental does not include bits. They are a separate charge. SO, they rent you a tool you can't use in less you rent something else. I went home and took care of business and then returned the tool. I told him I only used one of the bits, so he did take off the charge for the other bit. Well, there was also a rental insurance charge on my bill. I asked if this was optional, and he said yes. I was not given that option and was charged for insurance that I didn't want. The point of this is to look at your charges before you sign anything. It will probably save you some money.

You get points for your purchases, and that adds up to discounts. I'm in! Just get the Lowes app and give the cashier your phone number. I've already got 4 or 5 discounts, and it helps!
