And that was exactly what I experienced. Lastly, I have to say I don't think he charges enough - really. His work justifies higher prices as he is a craftsman, not just another upholstery installer.

But as time went on I could see that the hard to reach places didn't appear to be done, like the roof. I was told that they would contact me at 6 months to bring my truck back so they could check it out and detail it. Of course the detailing would be a couple hundred dollars. I never heard from them and I missed the 6 month return. So I called to get the truck in to get detailed and possible recoat and they are telling me that my 6 year warranty is void and no good. The L3200 had a loader like the B2320 and was a fantastic deal. Micheal Lee was our sales person and he bent over backwards and sideways to get the tractor to me when I needed it and they didn't charge me a dime even when they rented me a trailer to let me take it almost immediately (as I needed it right away for some work on my property) and let me bring it back to have the final loader install done and rotary cutter installed. The staff was fast and friendly, letting my young son climb into every machine they had on the lot while we worked a deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them, especially Micheal Lee. He was running options and even lower cost solutions by me up until the financing went through on the L3200. He called me almost every day for 2 days to make sure the unit was working well and that I was satisfied with them. ANH is the place to go for equipment if you want great service and good prices.
