Ray took pictures & a check for 1/2 of the cost of the repair. He said it would take a week to get the cover in and his secretary would call to schedule the installation. 4 weeks later, after having no one call, I stopped in to check on the progress. Ray did not remember the 5/29 conversation until he found the photos on his phone. Then, he said that the covers had been sent to his San Antonio store and they would ship them to Abilene. He scheduled 8:00 am 7/07 as the install date. This morning, I took the truck back to classic auto to have the covers installed. Never saw Ray but the secretary was there. She said she did not have any record of an install scheduled but that was not uncommon. At noon, I stopped back by to check on the truck. Secretary said that the installer was out for the week and she could schedule me for next week (8 weeks after this saga begin) or Ray said they could refund my deposit. I requested the refund & received a check before I left. In the 7 weeks that have passed, I never received a phone call. I called their listed number and it is no longer active. I do not believe the cover was ever ordered, I doubt everything I was told from the store in San Antonio to the installer being out for the week. I do believe they have installed seat covers as they were referred by someone that had work done. For whatever reason, my business was not a priority for Classic Auto Restyling and I doubt yours will be either.

I had a carpenter ant problem, and the first tech was great although he showed up pretty early. He was a very friendly and professional former member of the military. He seemed knowledgeable and told me to give the chemicals time to work but to call back if I still had ants. The price I was charged was somewhat higher than I was quoted but I was told they guarantee their work and would come back as many times as it took to take care of the problem. A few weeks go by and I call to let them know I still have the ants- they never left although I did find some dead ones for a few days. I was to,d they would come back to treat again. They called to cancel the initial appointment as my tech had a death in the family. I expressed sympathy and told them no problem. I rescheduled and then they called on the new day to change the time. I agreed to work with them and they sent a different tech out. He was courteous and went quickly about his work. Told me to give things time to take effect but let them know if I still have ants. A few weeks go by and I call to report that the ants are still not gone. I was told I would be charged again in full because my "warranty" had run out. I tried to explain that they never got rid of the ants but was told there was no way around having to pay another couple hundred bucks. My understanding of warranties is that you buy something and the warranty guarantees it for a set amount of time. I was under the impression that they would get rid of the ants and guarantee me they would stay gone for 3 months or whatever. I didn't get what I paid for to begin with so not comprehending why my warranty would be out. I'm thankful Lawrence Hall didn't declare the warranty on my truck expired before I got the truck! Two stars because they were courteous but I didn't get what I paid for and will now need to find a pest control company that can actually get rid of carpenter ants.

The L3200 had a loader like the B2320 and was a fantastic deal. Micheal Lee was our sales person and he bent over backwards and sideways to get the tractor to me when I needed it and they didn't charge me a dime even when they rented me a trailer to let me take it almost immediately (as I needed it right away for some work on my property) and let me bring it back to have the final loader install done and rotary cutter installed. The staff was fast and friendly, letting my young son climb into every machine they had on the lot while we worked a deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them, especially Micheal Lee. He was running options and even lower cost solutions by me up until the financing went through on the L3200. He called me almost every day for 2 days to make sure the unit was working well and that I was satisfied with them. ANH is the place to go for equipment if you want great service and good prices.
