I will never have another dentist…read more I have been to other well known dental practices that seemed to jump quickly to pull a tooth, avoid answering questions, and then try to finance me dentures. Upon my first visit to Dr. Ott, it was clear that his first objective was a return to health. He is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, and always explains every step, in detail, and leaves no question unanswered. Dr. Ott corrected decades of bad decisions and injury in a short period of time. His office worked with me and my insurance company to greatly minimize my out of pocket cost. His practice uses the latest technologies and I am always amazed that I've never felt pain in his chair. Even the most dreaded of shots is reduced to vibration and pressure. It is beyond me, based on my lifelong history with dentists, that I enjoy my visits to Dr. Ott's office. It's peaceful and calm, I'm not on the phone working, and his staff is very friendly. He and his staff operate like a well practiced machine. After being a patient for two+ years, implants, crowns, and multiple cleanings, I can honestly say, I have zero complaints, and I know, I will never have another dentist.

The cost is on account of a number of tests which have to be performed BEFORE they clean your teeth. I don't have any major concerns, so what is the fuss about? How about trusting the testimony of the patient? How about working with the patient instead of dictating to me what I should do? Quality care shouldn't be made inaccessible like this, it's so frustrating. And the office telling me to "kick rocks" was the real "kick in the teeth" that got me to write this review. All of the staff are super friendly and the dentists really care about you as a patient and love what they do. They try to stay on top of technology and keep their office nice and up to date. I've also heard great things about how they work with small children who are apprehensive about the dentist. Additionally, they have an awesome teeth whitening program where you can get a lifetime of teeth whitening for $99. This gets you custom trays and whitening gel every six months at your regular cleanings. We were provided this whitening service for free as a perk of being referred to the practice by our neighbor.

I'm so glad that I'm finally settled because I never want to go to a different dentist. First, they are extremely personable and friendly, from start to finish. Before the doctor even starts the exam, she just chats for a few minutes to get to know you and explain everything and answer any questions. You don't feel rushed at all. Second, the doctor is the one who actually performs the cleaning. That's a first for me. It was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had and I learned things about my teeth that I never learned in all my 36 years of going to dental cleanings twice a year. My husband is the one who found this office first and referred me. I'm so glad he did. We both had different doctors at the office, but had the exact same experience. They even mailed us both thank you cards afterwards, and sent him a referral gift card. Overall, I haven't ever been to a dentist's office I would recommend as highly as this one. I have been petrified by any type of dental procedure since I was little--and have had to have a fair amount of dental work including fillings, caps, broken tooth repair... Dr. Toth remembered how much I hate the shot as said we could try it without the shot to start and then if it became too painful he would give me the shot. Although she a had been to a different dentist office in the past, she was very apprehensive with having emergency dental procedure and starting care with a new provider.
