The cost is on account of a number of tests which have to be performed BEFORE they clean your teeth. I don't have any major concerns, so what is the fuss about? How about trusting the testimony of the patient? How about working with the patient instead of dictating to me what I should do? Quality care shouldn't be made inaccessible like this, it's so frustrating. And the office telling me to "kick rocks" was the real "kick in the teeth" that got me to write this review. All hygienists and Dr. Dalton have spoken nicely with me and done high-quality work, including bitewing x-rays, cleaning and polishing my teeth, filling cavities, creating a mouthguard for my tooth-grinding, professional whitening with Opalescence Boost, and selling at-home tooth-whitening with Opalescence PF. Dr. Dalton stopped accepting my dental insurance a while ago, but she and her staff are so excellent that I pay them out of pocket for services, and they submit paperwork to my insurance company for my reimbursement.

Everything was great, The Dr was very nice and pleasant, The staff very nice and friendly. The office was nice and clean and overall great. My issue started when I called to get the estimate after several weeks of not getting one. The woman answering the phone was very nice and said she would get back to me???. Then after about a week I called again and spoke with a woman again not sure if the same one. The woman who represents Dr Dalton said to me that I was basically making a mistake going to Dr Dalton that she only did single implants and was not that experienced at doing multiple implants. Wow that blew my mind as my oral surgeon loves Dr Da=lton and I have 2 friends that see dr dalton as a regular dentist. Hell I liked Dr Dalton and would trust her to do regular dental work. Unfortunately what I needed done was not something I trusted Dr Dalton to be doing fo me after what the person said about her on the phone. Regardless of whether or not Dr Dalton is up for the work or not, I never herd of a receptionist or a nurse or whatever the person was who spoke with me bad mouthing the Dr. That is a new one for me and unfortunately I could not take a chance on it. As I said before I think Dr Dalton is really nice and friendly and came highly recommended. They even checked my insurance before they did anything to make sure everything was all sorted out. Type of care was fast, and made you feel like the people around you knew what they were doing. The lady who took me back, Logan, was super friendly and joked and made me feel comfortable. The lady who cleaned my teeth told me everything she was doing and was also joking around. And the actual dentist informed me of everything she was looking at and explains everything super well. Overall, I really recommend this dentist office- especially if you're a woman and would rather be around other women in healthcare.

Dr. Toth and his wife (the office manager) always ask about my parents and my grandma and share funny stories about times my family members were at the dentist. I have been petrified by any type of dental procedure since I was little--and have had to have a fair amount of dental work including fillings, caps, broken tooth repair... Dr. Toth is extremely gentle and caring, never rushes you, scares you, makes you feel guilty or leaves you unsure of what is going on. Dr. Toth also knows that my worst fear is getting the Novocaine shot...UGH! Just this past month I had to have a small chip filled to prevent it from becoming a cavity. Dr. Toth remembered how much I hate the shot as said we could try it without the shot to start and then if it became too painful he would give me the shot. Thanks to how gentle and skilled Dr. Toth is...no shot! Best of all, my appointment was at 9:45 and I was out the door by 10:10! I would recommend Dr. Toth and everyone in his office to anyone. He is truly an amazing dentist.
