Dr. Goth snapped at us during the initial consultation saying we "needed to listen to him." On the day of the surgery he didn't come out to say hello to me & never once greeted my daughter (the actual patient!). Everything was handled by the nurse anesthetist and support staff (who were very nice). They tried to bill a CT Scan for the initial consultation saying, which definitely didn't occur. Finally, their cost estimate of what I owed was higher resulting in a small overpayment ($42). I called the office and was assured they would send a checknwhich was never received. Yes, the necessary procedure got done. But there is a whole lot of ego and little to no bedside manner to be had with this provider.

I took the first one and was told to bring the second one and take it there. When I got there I told them that the first dose didn't work at all. I felt no difference. The doctor refused to give me the second dose. He proceeded to give me the Novocain which was excruciating. He repeatedly told me to stop making pain noises in his face. I paid 225 dollars to have that treatment. I paid 225 dollars not to be treated with respect, but to be treated like a child. He didn't respect my fears, I feel totally violated and disrespected.

I would not advise getting any type of care at this dental practice. I had work done there that…read moreshould of been pretty basic dental work. I ended up in the emergency room for 4 days and had to get surgery as a result of an infection from a faulty filling that was put in. The filling was put in May 2025 and fell out and had to be replaced in October 2025 When I expressed concern about an infection during the procedure to replace the filling the dentist smugly laughed off my concern and referred me to a tooth extraction office. I have lost 2 teeth to this issue and ended up at urgent care again after having to get a tooth removed from another faulty filling that they put in resulting in another infection. I would not go to this office if you value your health and safety. This office is no longer reliable or professional since Dr. Thomas retired.

Dr Arnie would take time to consult with you about any dental work needed, but now you are just told what needs done and to schedule an appointment. Multiple times I have had the current dentists try to insist on getting root canals, and not take the time to talk with me about what I think. My teeth are not very sensitive, and Dr Arnie would always take into consideration that each person is different- he provided me with multiple fillings where a root canal could have been an option, but in each case his excellent work has held up and limited the amount of pain & money that would have come from constant root canals. Instead of a focus on patient care, there seems to be more of a focus on financial gain - my last appt I was quoted for over $1800 of work that would need done and had to all be done at the same time. Did not do any of it, and still no issues more than a year later. The office staff is also very unfriendly, especially to a family needing to book multiple appts at once. They refuse to book cleanings any less than 8 months out (despite 6 months being the recommended time frame) yet take on new patients and give them priority scheduling. They seem to also have a shortage of dental hygienists, claiming they have more business than can currently be handled by their staff. We had gone to this dentist for more than 25 years without having any of these issues, but with the retirement of Dr Arnie it is no longer a good dentist office. I would highly recommend finding a different dentist to avoid the same poor service we have experienced.

After a very bad experience years ago I have been terrified of dentists. I did go to a dentist who…read morewas a personal friend the past several years but he retired. When I cracked a tooth and needed other work done I decided to try the Dental Spa. And I am so glad I did, The initial exam was very pleasant, the dental hygienists were fun, gentle and kind. The massage chair and getting to watch the Olympics on the ceiling mounted TV really helped. It was decided I needed several root canals and some permanent bridges to replace some missing back teeth and redo my front teeth which were also losing the rather large fillings. It was scheduled and I was given a prescription for a sedative. They also gave me a whitening kit so my lower front teeth would be their whitest when the upper front bridge were made. I had the 5 hour procedure 4 days ago.I went into the relaxation room, laid down on a comfortable chaise with a fluffy blanket. There was a soft glow from a salt lamp, ocean sounds playing and a scented candle burning. After I was sedated they did the procedures. Next thing I know I was being tucked into my bed at home, no memory of the surgery at all. There was minimal swelling, very little pain and the temporary bridges look amazing, just like my real teeth. I can't wait until the permanent ones come in. They called me 2 days after the procedure to see how I was doing and had me come back in today to check my bite and make any slight corrections. It was a wonderful experience and I would really recommend The Dental Spa at Robinson, Dr. Runco and his entire staff to everyone.

My dental assistant was so friendly! To be honest I hadn't been to the dentist in over three year~yikes!~ so I had some plaque build up. I have had some negative experiences with my past dentist so I'm always skeptical. However, she did a great job and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Thomas came in after my cleaning and he was also very friendly and professional! He answered all my questions thoughtfully. I also really liked when I asked him about my bottom crooked teeth that mentioned visaline and how they had a specialist at their practice but he did not pressure me at all and just mentioned it for if down the line I wanted to consider it. Also my previous dentist told me that it was imperative that I got my wisdom teeth pulled Dr. Thomas informed me that there is no reason for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I loved how honest this practice was and that they weren't trying to nickel and dime you. This is the greatest doctor experience I have ever had! Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!
