Have not had any problem with Matt Dmytraszko, Owner/Operator since he has successfully installed…read moretwo humidifiers in my house (Oct 2013), but got the first issue on Feb-Mar 2014 (water supply hose was pop off), he was surprised to see it and applied a clip (I suggested it) on the one end of the hose for one humidifier, told him please do that for another one, he did it, well done! Warranty is covered it. But (again) what about another end of the hose, he said I will not be able to change a pad. OK, the clip can be removable, isn't? So recently (Jan 2015) got the same issue again but (again) with another end of the hose, he arrived very quick, fixed it in two touches (put the hose back and adjusted water flow), good job! However he said to my wife it's a charge in $60. Completely was not agreed with it, cause the issue is a part of problem from 2014 and should be properly fixed at that time. Another strange, after a brief talk to him the charge was increased to $80, then to $100, I am really afraid to continue the talk and get more))) OK, Mr.Dmytraszko I open to talk, please call me when you have a time, I know you are very busy.

His replacement was very affordable and was able to do next day service. He even let me put the stickers on the humidity dial :p Seriously can't recommend this guy enough. Women are not stupid but the male/female brain is wired differently. There was a problem with the boiler for my walk-out level in-floor heating and I had no heat. I called the company who had originally installed the boiler system and luckily they could come to my home the same day. The service man showed up, inspected the boiler, told me he could not do the work that day and that his office would call me to set another appointment. He also charged me (company policy) an embarrassingly high amount of money for his house call. I had no heat in that part of the house all over Christmas and through to the third week of January when I made a call asking why I had not yet been contacted. By this time I had absolutely no confidence left with this company. I did make another appointment with them but felt so unsure that I cancelled the appointment to seek out someone else. On line I found DHL Mechanical and actually got to speak to Mark, the owner and not a recording. Even though he was extremely busy, within a few days DHL were at my home and came prepared to work on the boiler right away. I found Mark to be polite, articulate and very knowledgeable. Each step of the way he explained what the boiler issues were and what would be required to fix the problems. Mark worked that day and then had to return a couple of days later with some additional parts to finish the job. I was impressed by his diligence in making a follow up phone call to me after a couple of days to check that everything was now working and that I had heat again. DHL did a great job and their level of service should be what all companies aspire to give their customers. Good job, well done!

Exceptional Emergency Hot Water Tank Replacement Service - Pete the Plumber…read moreDudes - Jim and Sam F I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received during my hot water tank replacement Aug 5. I came home to find a tank that was not happy, this was clear as the water was running from my trusted tank. This was a 1st for me as a homeowner. I called Pete the Plumber! First, my warranty was honored exactly as promised. I had purchased the 10-year protection plan, and there were no issues whatsoever. The technician confirmed the warranty coverage, and there were no unexpected costs for the replacement tank itself. Given that the failure occurred outside of normal business hours, I was especially grateful that emergency service was available. The experience started with a call to the 24-hour support line, where I spoke with Jim. He was professional, efficient, and took all the necessary details of the situation. After sending the requested information, I was contacted within approximately 15 minutes by Sam F., the technician assigned to the call. Sam provided exceptional service from start to finish: Called promptly and provided an estimated arrival time. Confirmed warranty coverage and any applicable fees upfront. Reviewed the photos I had shared and, through his experience, immediately understood what was required. Called again when he was approximately 20 minutes away with the replacement tank. Arrived prepared and ready to get the job done. Sam executed his work and shared all the details with me as he worked. Sam provided some valuable advice and was able to talk basic language to help me understand the processes and how the system works. He shared insight and valued experience to help me make the choices best for my home. What impressed me most was Sam's knowledge, communication, and professionalism. He clearly knew exactly what was needed before arriving, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When you're dealing with a hot water tank failure after hours, that level of confidence and responsiveness makes a huge difference. Thank you to Jim, Sam F., and the entire team for providing fast, professional, and customer-focused service. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind its warranty and deliver such exceptional emergency support when it matters most.‌ Client and Strong Supporter‌ Rob
