I'm glad I provided them with such great amusement, but it was humiliating to me. It's possible that they didn't realize how loud they were being and didn't know I could hear them. However, good customer service means that you treat people with respect and understanding. They had no idea what reasons I had for bringing my car to them in that state. I didn't get any offers for help (e.g., "We could fix that for you if you want"), just a lot of head-shaking and the reminder that I have 60 days to get it reinspected without a fee. NO THANKS. Not only will I not be bringing my car back for reinspection, but I will never bring any of my cars here again. Their service went far beyond rude and unprofessional. They were downright mean.

Gary especially in the service department did a great job with getting the ball rolling on this. All this despite the fact that I purchased my vehicle at a competitor. Because the Service Department at this dealership was completely honest and straightforward with me, I will be continuing to go here to get all my extended warranty service done on this vehicle for the remainder of the time I own this. Furthermore, I will more than likely be purchasing my next new vehicle from here. Anyone can sell a car.
