When we went, it was fairly busy. Only had one person taking orders getting drinks. Then they brought out food that i had not ordered. I placed my order via the app and went through the drive thru. There was a bit of a wait which is common. They make their sandwiches to order. While I waited I asked the staff to answer the Yelp questions. These girls are young and having lots of fun at their job. I love to see people enjoying what they do. My food was delicious as usual. Unfortunately I forgot to put no bacon in the comments of my order so I had to pick it out. That's when I realized they didn't give me any napkins. Very good experience! I think three people came to the window and joined in on answering questions as they walked by. Super sweet girls. Next time I pass by I'll go in and eat. Food here is great! I love the spite with peach syrup and I always switch it up and get something different when I come. Salads, spuds, sandwiches, teas and pastries are all delicious!! Only thing I have never tried are the sandwiches with ham and beef. I've been faithfully eating here for a few weeks while I'm in SA caring for my mom! Always excellent experience until yesterday. Yesterday I stopped in for a bowl of chili. New Year's Day. When I got home the kitchen had literally sold me a 7 dollar bowl of chili water. No meat nor texture in the least. I eat this chili faithfully so I know what it is and this was horrible. Its like someone had added water to it. There was an obvious homeless man there who said his mother had died that day. He begged for a sandwich and they denied him on NY day. His story didn't seem sincere as he told it a few times and it continued to change. I bring this up bc the young lady checked with the back and they told him the manager was out on vacation. You could definitely tell bc the food quality was in the toilet! Horrible experience on the first day of the year! read more

I'm just going to say it: the garden fresh turkey sandwich is literally the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. I literally moan into every bite it's just that good. I have no problem with the service here -- it does seem a bit slow but I don't go out to eat at a casual establishment expecting a rush to get my order together. All said, I love this place. Was very nice before, now it's consistently dirty, employees all have attitudes, act very unprofessional. One employee was walking around the dining room with a plate of food and yelled "man, why do people buy food and not stay to eat it", then walked to the back and yelled again (where everyone could hear it) "throw it away man". Ordered take out for dinner from McAlister's Deli. Unfortunately, They were out of baked potatoes around 7:30. The ham toastie was very good with a good amount of meat. The turkey cranberry sandwich was good, as well, but there was about a teaspoon of cranberry on the sandwich. The Ruben sandwich was huge with tons of meat and was delicious. I wouldn't recommend the butternut squash soup. It had no flavor at all. The chili was not bad but was extremely runny. The Mac and cheese was not good either. We came to eat at 1:30 PM they open at 10:30am and they didn't have white bread because it was frozen, no broccoli cheese soup because it was frozen they wanted us to wait 1hr before we could get any white bread or broccoli soup. All the table were dirty and no one bothered to cleaned them. This place is disgusting and needs some real management. No wonder it has some of the worst reviews. DO NOT STOP AT THIS DUMP! read more

Can be good food if you can get your order filled correctly or not burnt to a crisp. Ordered takeout last weekend & both my sandwiches were wrong and one was so blackened it was inedible. Also had a thumbprint of avocado on it which was very concerning considering nothing I ordered had avocado on it. Gave them another go today with 2 salads thinking they can't mess up lettuce right? Wrong. Ordered 1/2 grilled chicken salad with a vingarette & a 1/2 chef salad with ranch. Drove home to find they'd only given me 1 box of salad. Drove back to the store to be told they'd put both salads in the same box. Um. Gross. I asked what if they weren't going to the same person? No answer. I've emailed and complained & called and complained. Nothing accomplished. It just isn't worth the off chance of getting decent food at this place. Waited for 30 minutes for them to build 2 salads and even after allllll that, it was the wrong order. The manager was less than helpful, and did nothing to help her staff with catching up on their orders. I watched them make an order that had already been completed. They could made a couple of sandwiches twice, but couldn't be bothered to make my simple salad right. My parents and I waited 30 minutes for our food. This was unacceptable. The bread on our club sandwiches was stale. There were several tables that hadn't been bussed when we arrived. The young lady at the cash register had on a mask and hair net, but continually scratched her head and touched her face throughout the transaction. We were not offered a reciept. Having not eaten the food, I can still rate this establishment 1/5 with extreme confidence based off of what I observed while waiting in line for 20 minutes on a wednesday evening. First off, when I asked where to pickup my online order, the staff looked at me like I was crazy and just told me to wait in line. While waiting in line I observed the cashier/order taker quietly talk with the kitchen staff back and forth for a solid 5-7 minutes while taking one couples order, which overall took 10 minutes at the very least. I saw more than one dish come back, and I could clearly see the kitchen staff look confused and conference between themselves for way too long over every single thing that took place in the whole restaurant. Basically it was clear that nobody in the place working there knew how to do their job without talking amongst each other timidly for 2-3 minutes at a time. I would blame this on rush hour or something but there was only 1 table sitting down when I walked in. By the time i left there were no less than 16 of us standing in a line that took 10 minutes+ to process each person. I lost complete confidence in the food being good before I even though to check reviews online, which is what ultimately sealed my decision to stop wasting time and just leave. You might say it's too harsh to give this rating without eating the food, but this place is no more a restaurant than any other gathering of 6 clueless people in a room together. The bread was soggy and flat. They refunded my card for the order then had to practically yell at them to get my mother's salad dressing. The customer service and quality of product is FAR from acceptable. I honestly don't know how this restaurant is still in business. This is not the first time I have had an experience like this. Went in on a whim when we were actually headed to Applebee's. Got the best southwest chicken avocado salad EVER! Got the dressing that came with it and it knocked my socks off it was so delicious. This time all I went for was a gift card and there were only two people working! Picked up a sandwich through the drive through this afternoon and got back to work and the bottom of the croissant was stale had mold on it. But worse...I didn't even notice it until I bit into it. I hope I don't die...lol The manager was nice and offered me a "VIP" package..but it's nothing more then a sandwich and chips a tea and a cookie. I would think I should be given an extra sandwich and just just receive a cookie for my hassle.So they are really not out anything but a cookie. So not an amazing customer service policy by McAllister's. I'd look at the break at this place, they obviously have issues with the bread. read more

I took my wife to lunch here as it was close to her job. The worst sandwich I've ever had. I ordered a BLTA. It cost almost $9.00. It had 2 small pieces of bacon and white bread. So thin you couldn't get full if you had 3 of them. Sent it back and they sent me the same crappy sandwich. Will never go back again. You lost my business forever. Handed me order so again I asked to make sure that it had no mustard, Italian dressing only? Response... Yes no mustard with Italian. Got home Opened sandwich ... it had the MUSTARD no Italian dressing. 1) who / why put mustard on an Italian combo? Two people ahead of us in line left before they even got to the register to order. The tables were not bussed, five being dirty our whole mealtime. If I could give 0 stars I would! I went twice to this location (obviously didn't learn my lesson the first time) & the same thing happened both times. I always order the nacho basket with doritos instead of tortilla chips and both times the cheese was clumpy and hard. Same visit my husband had mac & cheese and it was dark brown in spots and the cheese was clumpy. It also took almost an hour for our order. I will not visit this location again! read more
