I ear turkey and cheese all of the time. I will eat a turkey and cheese sandwich each and every time if I have a choice. Yes, that's random information but that's my lead in for today's review. Today I wanted a serious beef dip. I've this place and anything ending in deli, will pique my interest. This place has a good-sized menu. Sandwiches, big spuds (I mean big spuds, ok?), soups, salads, starters and desserts. I opted for the 6" beef dip with provolone (don't care much for swiss) and my husband opted for the 12" cuban sandwich. I chose the Caesar salad for my side; my husband chose the potato salad. I always selected a giant chicken bacon ranch spud for my son. I ordered using the app, it was easy and the delivery time wasn't too bad. This place is close to 33rd Avenue So, so need for delivery. You might miss the entrance for pickups via online ordering, like I did, but it's there. I drive up, wait a few minutes and finally a young lady comes to the window. She asks what's the name, I give it. She hands me the package and off I go. Let's just say there wasn't any...warmth for a greeting or much else. I remember things like this. PR is huge. Ok, I get home we unload and here's what we thought of this food. Beef dip: this was huge and loaded with beef. The sandwich has a pickle wrapped in the packaging right along with the sandwich. The au jus was too salty. I couldn't taste much else but the salt. The Caesar was ok, nothing fancy but ok. Cuban sandwich: the amount of meat on this sandwich was amazing, however a Cuban sandwich is typically toasted, and this was definitely toasted and was soggy on the bottom. That's a shame because the sandwich was just so-so due to this. The potato salad was very good per my husband's view. Giant spud: Holy smokes. Just know you can share this with a few people and you should; this monster is too big for one person; unless you know, you can eat all of one of these and then I sincerely will bow down to you for sure. These are huge and loaded with toppings. Really very, very good. Total for our order was 56.44. Listen, I can't do this kind of order all of the time, but would I do this again (maybe not so soon but...) yes, I would. The amount of food that you get is plentiful and when I feel like treating myself and my family again I will. I gave this a 3 because, everywhere I go, I believe that good PR and representation is huge. The girl at the window gave no indication that she would even attempt to be friendly. Bummer. So, will I go back here? Heck yes, I will. Final note: I read and consider many yelp reviews, it's important to see what others have experienced. I go to the Fargo location often. never had a problem until today. Waited a very long time just to place my order only to have it missing a small part of it (chips for the soup) when I got back to the office. with the long wait and the missing item I called them the first girl that answered did not put me on hold and told the manager the wrong story - she said don't laugh, but she didn't get her chips and she's angry, she put the manager on and he got snotty with me and said your work should give you more time for lunch! he said we get busy sometimes - I explained that I am a regular and have never had to wait that long. I was considering using them for a catering event in my office, but reconsidering it now. read more

The best. French dip and the spicy turkey melt are to die for. Their potato salad is good, steamed broccoli is cooked to perfection, just altogether, this place rocks. The ONLY downside is that their lemonade is quite sweet so it's not my favorite lemonade (I prefer CFA lemonade) but I believe it's one of the few places in town with sweet tea. This is a must try. The food was good but my concern was the amount of uncleared and wiped tables in the restaurant. When I was asked which table number I wanted to sit at, only a few were without dirty dishes and cups. They were not busy by any means, just didn't appear to be a concern for the staff. read more

This used to be a good sandwich shop. I really like the menu, however service has really good down hill. Employees arguing among themselves and very disorganized. Employees with bedroom slippers on while at work doesn't help make a positive impression either. read more

Online ordering for delivery is terrible. Ordered online, had $13.61 added for delivery and fees. Then they added a $6.56 tip- which I changed, but it magically reappeared at same level. $43 in food and almost $20 in fees. Then shows up by DoorDash (I have dash pass- and it wouldn't let me order in app). Food- it's sandwiches, nothing special, and the fees for delivery kill it. read more

Their online ordering process is a snap - love having a drive up window to pick up- I've never have had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my food! Tried a few of the club sandwiches- all consistently tasty with nice, fresh veggies. Prices are very reasonable! The food is great if you can get through how bad the service is. My family came a month ago and 1st in line had to wait 1/2 hour for 3 sandwiches and soup. Order was wrong. Awful service, rude staff. Waited over 15 minutes for them to change the syrup for fountain pop, they forgot to bring it out do we requested a refund so we could knave. Incompetent staff didn't know how to issue refund. Staff called manager for assistance and lied to manager stating she didn't know why customer wanted a refund. This place is a joke. Went inside and waited in line for awhile just to be told the card machine was down. Went to get cash and came back inside to stand there long again while the system reset. The whole time there were 2 employees working the counter that were just whispering and giggling back and forth to each other. Have gone here twice so far. The first time we waited 50 minutes for our food, but the food was pretty good. Last Sunday I ordered with the mobile app, indicating a drive-up pickup. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We showed up 35 minutes later and the drive up window had cars spilling into the street. We sat in line for 15 minutes and not one car moved. The same car was sitting at the front. So we parked and went inside, where I was told the order wasn't ready yet - and she had no estimated time. We waited around another 20 minutes and not one order came out. Also, the counter behind the registers was loaded with garbage from clearing tables -- it was a disgusting. After seeing that and the employees who were obviously not trained properly and clueless, I didn't want to eat food from there anymore. We left when the order was an hour and 20 minutes old and still no order. I called to get the order cancelled, which of course didn't get done. So I called the next day where I got someone on the phone who knew how to cancel it. I heard the previous Sunday they weren't accepting orders after 2pm, even though they were open until 9pm. Hopefully they will learn from these terrible experiences and close up shop for a week or so and get stuff figured out. I've heard nothing but bad things from everyone who has tried it, so word about the service is getting out. read more
