If i had been i would asked for options to save the tooth. If the tooth was not saveable i would have insisted that a temporary tooth be made and put in immediately after the extraction. These are options i believe any competent dentist would have offered to thier patient. Who would be willingnto walk around without a front tooth for several weeks? When i saw that it was a front tooth that had been removed i was livid. When i complained i was initially laughed at, then told they would make me a temporary tooth for $600. I later had a temporary made that cost me $225. I felt like i had been setup and blindsided. In my opinion this is a practice for charity cases or medicaid recipients who dont have many cHoices. if u have options i would avoid these folks

We told them about our problem with his wisdom teeth. They made an appointment with Dr. Ronald J. Macafee. The doctor informed us that he is not an oral surgeon but he will definitely give it a try. If he could not do the task he would send us over to Detroit Receiving. Dr. Macafee was very knowledgeable about his work and clearly informed us of his skills. When he started the job I knew he definitely had much experience under his belt. He removed the teeth with no problem, unlike all the other seemingly unskilled or unknowledgeable dentists we've run into over the years. We are extremely happy with his work.
