While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. Put down some plywood, cleaned up after themselves, and also pruned and shaped some smaller trees in my front yard. They were very careful where the branches would come to rest after they were cut and very skilled in the exact place they lowered the branches onto the ground. They used chainsaws and pruners and roped all the larger pieces so they could control exactly where any limb landed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with their job and wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything else and they do quite a few different things.

For some reason they could not get my account to be on a schedule, so when I saw Trugreen go to my neighbor I had to call to get an appointment. I have been a customer for years and this year continued with the flawed service i have become used to with trugreen. I was to be on a schedule for service, but their system never scheduled me. They only way I could get service is by watching my neighbor across the street, because his trugreen account would come automatically. When i saw them there, i would call and be told that they have not booked me yet, but because of my call, they will book me. This happened two times this year. With both times, when they came, they never controlled my weeds and they continued to get worse, so I would call in for another application. On 7/9/26 they came and treated my lawn but the tech burnt my lawn throughout the yard. I called and sent pictures, and an appointment was booked for today 7/20. I received a text informing me that the appointment was booked but no time or time frame was given. I was out of the house at 6:15 am and at 7:15 am, my ring door bell was going off, so I looked at it and the tech was at my door. When does any company go to anyone's house at 7:15 am? But i talked to him and he confirmed that the grass was burnt and that i could rake it, but he would have the branch manger come by. At 8 am I called the customer service team and said I wanted to speak to the branch manager in Andover, MA, but they can not transfer calls. They sent and email to the local branch manager (Mike) who was going to call me by 9:00 am. He confirmed to the agent that he received the email and would be back to me. The agent was great, she called me back at 9:15 to see how the call went with the manager. Unfortunately Mike never called me. She said she could put another request for him to call me if I wanted, or I could cancel my account. I opted to cancel my account. At 9:46 am Mike called me and we spoke. He said he wanted to take a walk through of my property, and I explained that I would not be back home for another 30 minutes and he said no problem, he would be a little longer than 30 minutes. He never showed up. I attempted to call him, 978-447-4502 but he never answered or returned calls. At 5:47pm i received a email from Shereen, saying he called me but he could not reach me and it went to voice mail. Again this is another lie! We all know that if a call comes in, it goes to your call log even if it goes to voice mail. I have two phones and Shreen never called. I attempted to call Mike directly, but he refused to return calls.

Then last week their tech sprays my flowers, raspberry plants, and herb garden with herbicide. It's not safe (Escalade 2) for food use so going to have to dig up a strip of herbs, put in fresh soil and new plants. Raspberry plants are maybe OK as it was sprayed low so the leaves mostly didn't get hit. Would be a bummer to lose them as they are descended from my grandmother's plants. Given they have zero people running the place that know anything about horticulture (check out the exec bios) I guess I should not be surprised they would make a colossal mistake like this.

He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK. The complete cleanup of our year, the building of our wall, the filling in with gravel and topping off with stone, the laying in of the cobbles, the creation of an overflow for our sump in the front lawn, etc... could not be happier! They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. He didn't spring any surprises on you, he was on site daily, and made time for me when I had questions. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them to the WORLD! I feel that their prices were very reasonable and Chris was very transparent about the cost of materials.
