It's all about the stylist, and in this case, I've been getting my hair cut by Paulina for a few years now and I've always been pleased with the results. She's super nice and down-to-earth. It is a bit hard to make an appointment on short notice, usually need at least 2-4 days in advance. This is because there are only two stylists working there at this point.
