Also, they taped my mirrors up and rush you to drive out of the exit when it finishes, but I can't drive with my mirrors taped. I don't like them putting tape on my car without asking me either. Finally, at the beginning, I always turn on car wash mode in my car. But I was clicking the car wash mode on the screen and the guy outside my car yells at me to tell me to pay attention to him and not look at my screen. There was no reason for him to get frustrated as it only takes maybe 15 seconds or so for me to turn on the mode. In addition to all of that, my car is not even clean. There are still bugs and dirt spots all over the car and the windshield is dirty even though I paid for the upgrades.

It might seem convenient until you realize it can be very difficult to move around if things are busy, or you don't have a small car. The pumps are finicky. I tried to pay with card and it made me go inside. Inside I had to wait several minutes just to hand the cashier a $20 because the line was moving so slow. If you need gas, you need gas. But this is not the most comfortable place to get it.

Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average .
