I had a phenomenal experience working with Leo's Painting on the ceiling patch work that I needed. I had 3 other contractors over the last year provide pricing for the patch work. All were well out of alignment with both my budget and where I valued the convenience of hiring a professional or doing it myself and living with whatever results I could manage. Leo's Painting showed up on time on all 3 days (estimate, initial patch/cure, and finish/prime), they were prepared with all the right tools and materials to give me the peace of mind that I needed as a Homeowner, that I made the right decision. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA.
