The pizza was fresh and delicious with a crisp crust. The food is served by the nicest, friendliest people. We visited here on a recommendation from a friend and were very pleased we did. The pizza was delicious (the best we've had on our trip) the atmosphere is warm, and the team are really friendly. It feels like a proper bar with personality unlike much of New York. If you're a tourist getting the Staten Island Ferry to see the Statue of Liberty, rather than getting straight back on, take a break to come here instead, you won't be disappointed. Their Chipotle Ranch, Blazin Cajun and Honey BBQ boneless wings have been my go-to comfort food. One day I picked up wing world for a get-together at a friend's house and to my embarrassment, we found that they gave me literal chicken nuggets covered in sauce. There have also been times that the nuggets were barely covered in chipotle ranch. Thanks to these inconveniences I've gotten pretty good at making my own boneless wings at home, but I'm still discouraged that a place I've recommended so much would fall in quality so abruptly.

When I arrived at 4:00 PM to pick up my order, a young employee did not know what Too Good To Go was and told me she needed to speak with her manager. She then asked me to come back later. I returned at 7:00 PM when the owner was there. He told me he had nothing for me. When I explained that I had already paid for the order and requested a refund, he refused. Not only did I leave without the food I paid for, but I also did not receive my money back. What was most disappointing was the owner's attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect.
