Instead, one of the technicians rolled display tires right in front of my car like I didn't even exist--no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Just completely ignored. I stood there for about 15 minutes while they casually went about their business. Then another customer pulls up, walks inside, speaks to that same technician, and suddenly he's right back outside grabbing a jack and immediately servicing that vehicle. So let me get this straight--you ignore the customer who's been standing there waiting, but jump straight to the next guy who walks in? That tells me everything I need to know about how this place operates. This wasn't about being busy. This was blatant disregard and zero respect for customers. I left, and I won't be back. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of professional shops out there--this is not one of them. Would give zero stars if that were an option.

He checked out my vehicle. Found the issue but my warranty company would not cover it. He called me and explained what the problem was. Again very professional. I picked up my vehicle and upon his suggestion I'll take it to a place that specializes in the vehicles issue. He did not charge me at all. I will go back and send people there. One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.
