Don't waste your time looking for another realtor...start with Beatrix and the Whipple Group first. Some highlights of how they do business... 1. Pictures and marketing done within 5 days of interviewing them. 2. Photos were perfect and I was impressed with the virtual tour they did for the internet. 3. Very tech savvy. The Whipple Group understands the importance of digital marketing. They drove traffic even in a down market. 4. Reputation, reputation. Everyone knew Beatrix and had only positive feedback regarding her work. 5. Work ethic. The Whipple Group understands deadlines and works hard to meet them. 6. Value! The Whipple Group not only surpassed my expectations, but they provided a far superior service than that of other realtors for the same commission. I spent 20 years working as a sales consultant for some of the largest corporations on the Fortune 100. I have completed deals that resulted in revenues well into the 9 figures. So, when I say that I respect Beatrix, I do so with knowledge of what a successful sales person looks like. Lastly, I'm hard to work for, but Beatrix was a star the entire time.

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Beatrix and The Whipple Group, but what I…read morethink is most important is this: I feel incredibly fortunate to have Beatrix as my real estate agent for life. Earlier this year, she helped me purchase my first home. She might say the transaction came with some unique challenges, maybe even apologizing a few times during, but honestly, I never once felt frustrated, overwhelmed, or uncertain. From day one, when I simply texted her with questions, she gave me her full attention and guided me through every step of the process. Not only does Beatrix have an incredible network of resources and connections, but what truly sets her apart is her ability to make even the most complex information easy to understand and put into practice. Working with her never felt like I was simply hiring an agent. It felt like having a trusted, super smart friend by my side, helping me navigate a new and exciting chapter of my life. At every step, even when unexpected challenges arose, I was never worried. Beatrix handled everything with confidence, care, and a reassuring smile. I have no doubt she did far more behind the scenes than I will ever know to make sure everything came together, and it did! As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have felt daunting, but she made me feel informed, prepared, empowered, and supported from beginning to end. With Beatrix, it was never a question of "Is this possible?" It was always, "We're going to get this done." That confidence and commitment made all the difference. I am forever grateful that I had Beatrix by my side for such an important milestone. And it is clear that her dedication, focus, and respect for her clients are reflected throughout her team and The Whipple Group. Great leadership starts at the top, and that standard of excellence shines through in every interaction. I knew Beatrix was an amazing agent before I worked with her, but now I truly understand why she is simply the best. I couldn't recommend her and The Whipple Group more highly. Thank you again for walking me through such a big chapter of my life!

Used this company because a friend referred us to them. Despite the low rating on Yelp, we decided…read moreto give it a go. My biggest regret is allowing Palazzo to manage our property. Communication is slow--expect a response in 3-4 business days, and that's if you decide to blow up all their phones, which is not acceptable when your home is vacant, you're trying to prepare it for new prospective tenants, and they should be the ones supplying the vendors to come out and clean. Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.

With the way the market was (high interest rates, quick and competitive buyers creating a sellers advantage, and low inventory) as first home buyers, the odds were totally stacked against us. Carly took care of us when we were at risk of purchasing a condo with a non communicative HOA. They basically needed to fund structural repairs but had no game plan. Because of this, the bank wouldn't lend. Carly was fully supportive when I was devastated at the news. I totally loved the place and visited it often. After that, I became discouraged about home buying. 2 months later, after encouragement and hard work, we closed on a better floor plan with all the amenities we needed and then some. Not to mention the HOA communicates and the monthly dues are less ;). If you get a chance to work with Carly, you will be in really great hands. She is exceptional and makes this daunting task a lot of fun!
