First time homebuyer here. Buying a home can be stressful, time consuming and uncertain at times. Mike and his team were exceptional at providing great service to me throughout my journey. Mike will work with you at anytime of the day whether it's through text or call. Responds quickly and makes things happen! He has great communication skills, which works well when it comes to negotiating. He's transparent, reliable, and always keeps you in the loop. For example: I need to go look at a new listing home I'm interested in. I call or text Mike the address of the property and he gets in touch with the seller's agent to see if that time that I requested works for the sellers. (Usually it did). I meet Mike at the home, we tour the property, and Mike provides the details from the listing and other areas of concern he may have. Based on my interest in the home and surrounding neighborhood we usually toured homes back-to-back, as I wanted to mix and match my searches. Mike was always there day and night to talk about the given homes I was interested in. He will drop what he's doing to help you out. Mike represented me my real estate broker and mortgage broker. He secured the best possible price for my home. The home was originally listed for $100,000 over from what we closed. Yes, that correct, I saved $100,000 on my home, in today's market. He is the right agent whether it's for selling or buying a home. Constantly monitors the interest rates, keeps great communication with you and the seller's agent, reveals everything he knows about the property and has a great team working with him to make a seamless process, if and when you're in escrow. I found Mike through Zillow, however, if you're reading this do not go with another agent as I can assure you, he's the right man for the job. I, being a first-time homebuyer had a lot of questions, and he provided true and accurate answers to each and every question I had. Thank you Mike! read more

We can't thank Ovsanna Khacheryan and the entire team at MBE Realty enough for all their support in helping us purchase our home. We live in Indiana and were looking for a second home in the LA area. Our daughter, who lives in LA, met up with Ovsanna to tour one particular home we were interested in, and from that moment, we knew we had been connected with an amazing person. Ovsanna worked tirelessly to find available homes and set up showings for us. She was always available to help us with any questions or concerns we might have. She also walked us through all the paperwork we needed to complete and kept us on track, which we appreciated so much. Since we had never purchased a home in California before, we needed to put all our trust in our real estate agent/agency. We found that trust with MBE. Ovsanna, and partners Mike Boyajyan and Aram Bidkhanian are the utmost in professionalism and honesty. A lot of our contract signings and interactions had to take place remotely, as we were making this transaction from across the country. MBE made the whole process seamless, and for that we are incredibly grateful. We will absolutely refer anyone we know who's interested in buying or selling a home in the LA area to Ovsanna and the team at MBE Realty, who we are happy to now call friends. read more
