He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. I wish he would've taken before pictures too. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in about 2 years ago so I'm sure they were a mess. He even power washed the driveway and the patio. I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I see why he wanted to be paid upfront Mr. Smith never planned on going out. Beware is all I have to say scammer on the prowl.
