That can happen at any grocery store. The lemons were in a yellow bag and not easy to see and they hadn't started smelling yet. They have an Ultimate Loyalty Experience, but the cashier couldn't tell me the actual benefits. I think it's similar to Reasor's Rewards with weekly specials. They reportedly have the Tuesday specials (to be confirmed): ground chuck and boneless chicken breast for $2.99 per pound. They also have The Little Big Meal that rotates weekly. For those interested in cooking, they have many recipes on their websites which is unique. If you love the neatness and cleanliness of Reasor's then you are going to love The Fresh Market. I cruised through the store and was thoroughly impressed. Shelves and produce were neatly stocked. Deli products and meats looked really fresh. The quality was definitely there as well as the price tags. I am just not sure if I am the target audience of The Fresh Market, definitely gearing more toward affluent people.

The room accommodated between 30-40 people for this come and go reception. The restaurant provided finger foods and light hors d'oeuvres: bruschetta, salsa and chips, meatballs, cheesy stuffed mushrooms, and some little fried cheese bites along with desserts. We also had two wait staff for drink orders. The staff was fabulous as was the food. I would totally recommend them for your next event.

The toppings tasted very fresh and flavorful, the cheese was salty but not too salty and delicious. Pretty much perfect all around The meatballs and marinara also were wonderful, so much flavor in the meat and sauce individually and they complemented each other perfectly. They reordered and another pizza was delivered. (We were not charged for the first pizza and we did receive a $4 discount.) On to the food. When the food finally came, the explanation was vague, something about the takeout staff shifting to another task, which only made me wonder how long the food had actually been sitting there. The takeaway here: if your pickup time has passed, don't assume they're still working on it, call and check. Being overly patient may just mean you end up bringing home cold food. Disappointing experience, especially given the price and the simple expectation of timely pickup service.
