I left a five-star review two years ago. Today, they're back, and it's another five-star day. Sure,…read moreI dropped thousands of dollars on the replacement of the pump and all the 30-year-old wiring and such which had failed as a group. It's not like we're made of money, and it's a hard pill to swallow, but it had to be done and I can't imagine it going any better or in a more timely fashion than this team. I called yesterday afternoon when we discovered the pump was no longer pumping. They were out here before the end of day and troubleshot the problem. They were back first thing this morning with all the tools and equipment they could need and had the replacement project wrapped up shortly after lunch. Our pump is running, tank filling, I'll be able to do the dishes and take a shower before dinnertime. The crew, from office staff to the two young men who came out to do the work, were friendly, professional, and understood that no pump means no water, an issue not only for rural residents, but all the animals we support out here. It's nice to work with a locally owned company with so many years of experience in the area that they know the wells like they know their own children. I hope I don't have to call for another decade, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling.

I checked what I could check and did what I could so, but the end result was still no water. When I called Mike, he answered immediately and gave some advice on things to try. He was in and out of cell range, and it was nearly closing time for him on a Saturday, but I followed his suggestions to no avail, called him back with a better connection, and he said he'd come out that afternoon. He showed up in the heat of the day, around 95 degrees and set to work. He was informative and helpful, answering every question with confidence and certainty. I learned a lot just watching and listening. Maybe the cleaning of junk out of the relay box that I did set the stage for success, but shortly he had water coming out of the well and the tanks started to fill again. He showed me a few pointers about things to do if it happened again, and, at my suggestion, we talked about future plans of replacing the 15-year-old well pump and other things to make us water secure for the future. Mark is pleasant to talk to and to listen to, and I will use him without hesitation in the future. He even has easy to use on line payment. He sent me an email invoice before he left, and I had paid him before he got home. Thanks, Mark!

To make a long story short over the years Miller and it's crew have done an exceptional job on installing new equipment as it failed do to life end of service of the equipment. They have installed a new pump at the bottom of the well after failure, thanks the crews consultation helping me to choose to drill the well deeper due to well depths decreasing due to water use in the area, the pump now is at 700 feet. I replaced the pressure pump several years ago with the help of Miller service tech. Recently the pressure pump failed do to the end of it's service life so Miller installed a new pressure pump which I paid in full with the installation. The new pump has sprung a leak shortly after installation at he PVC that enters the pump as the video from my landscaper shows (i can attach the video). I contacted Miller and the service manager had a new unit installed the next day which was important as I have livestock on the 50 acres that need water. He also stated that he would send in the motor to the manufacture to access the motor and why it failed. It was working and spraying water in the video so I assumed it did not burn out. Hence the new pump as mentioned above also presented a minor leak after installation at the 2" PVC line going to the pressure bladders. I have sent a video of the initial leak as well as the minor leak and requested a tech go to site to repair and charge for a service call. Response from I believe the owner expressed that I am a problem owner and hung up the phone with no discussion or any discussion of the issue or response in the 2 videos sent. I should also note that for the past 2 years I am located on the east coast and cannot be on site. While located on the east coast I have had an excellent relationships with all folks in Paso Robles. I have an excellent manager and have updated the house for sale which included all trades.
