Instead of the owner saying to us that she made an innocent mistake and didn't ring her up for the few items, she followed her around instead and then accused her of being a thief as if she were a common criminal. My aunt is such a good thief that she was hiding her items on the top of the table!!! The owner had MULTIPLE opportunities to approach us and tell my aunt, I'm sorry Ma'am, but I made a mistake. I didn't ring up those items. Instead, she chose to accuse her!!!! What disgusting behavior from a woman who is in a customer service business. Even with an apology (which the owner owes my Aunt) we will never be back and We would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. If you want to be disrespected, then be sure to go to this place and you will face the same fate that we did by Ms. Sourpuss herself. Not even a crack of a smile. Not even a hello and welcome or can I help you with something. Can I offer you any napkins for your food so you don't have to use your sleeve to wipe your mouth.
