They are incredibly inconsistent. For two years they show up between 11am and 6 pm and then they…read moreshow up at 7am and you miss pick up. Customer service wait times are long, they tell you reach out over email for urgent matters and they never respond and then they lie in the follow up. Their team throws your trash bins recklessly knocking the wheels off. Have it on video too. I would never contract with them by choice.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I only gave this a one star because I couldn't give it a…read morezero!!! Avoid this company at all costs! I had a terrible experience with them. Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!

Did the job (which was pretty big and GROSS) very quickly even with small conversations inbetween. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
