After parking, I discovered a pretty serious oil leak and dangerously low oil levels. With dealerships booked out for days, I called Orlando Import based on a coworker's recommendation, and I'm really glad I did. Cory answered the phone and immediately put me at ease by letting me know the Bennett Road team could take a look the same day and have answers by the next morning. I dropped the car off (after adding some oil), and Caleb helped get everything checked in. By the next day around noon, they had already identified the issue, fixed the leak, and even cleaned all the oil off the engine and undercarriage. And the price was very reasonable. Fast, professional, and transparent, exactly what you hope for in a stressful situation. Highly recommend their team if you're in a bind and/or need reliable service. Post note: It turns out that during my last oil change at a quick-service shop, the oil filter gasket or seal wasn't placed back, which caused the slow leak. Definitely a lesson learned, but I'm grateful Orlando Import got everything resolved.

I'm ecstatic to report that all the glowing reviews are 100% correct. Caleb helped us with an a/c problem; he told us what to expect, he diagnosed it and solved it all for a fair cost. I had a nail in my tire and I arrived at 5:45 pm and by 6:00 pm I was able to drive safe to my house. I had stopped during my lunch hour and asked DJ the manager, if I could come back after work. They close at 6:00 pm, but he said that they would wait for me. I had called other places, but they refused to help me because of the time. Not DJ, he even called me and let me know that he had reserved the tire for me and that Abdul would wait for me to install the tire. If I had gone home with that tire, I would have had a flat in the morning and it would have been hard to get it fix and be at work at 7:30am. They were my angels. Thank you DJ and Abdul, I will never forget what you did for me. God Bless you, Gladys Garcia

I called this Firestone to make an appointment to have my tires aligned, and I spoke with someone…read morewho was super helpful and efficient in helping me make the appointment. I came in the next morning for the appointment where I was greeted by Trevor. He informed me that I did not have an appointment. I showed him my call history and told him that I called the day before and made an appointment. He said that it wasn't their phone number, so I showed him on google where it is the phone number connected to his location. He seemed inconvenienced to accommodate me, but agreed to fit me in. About an hour later, I received a phone call where Trevor told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, a coolant flush, and a spark plug tuneup. I told him that I just had my brakes replaced and just got a new engine with new spark plugs. He continued to advise me that I needed these services and specifically told me that my brake fluid failed a test of some kind. I called the people who replaced my brakes, and they assured me that I did not need a brake fluid flush. I confirmed that my dealership did a coolant flush and replaced the spark plugs. I tried to call back but was left on hold, so I hung up and returned to the dealership. I told Trevor that I had confirmed that my car doesn't actually need any of the services he said I needed, and he rather snarkily responded "it was a simple recommendation based on the mileage." My impression of this interaction was that this Firestone location was actively trying to sell me unnecessary services either 1) knowing that I didn't need them or 2) without confirming that I did need them. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.

They called the day before to confirm with me also sent me a text to confirm after booking. I waited since it was just an oil change, it took about and hour. After the service I also received a video of them inspecting my vehicle, that was pretty cool. Customer service here was really top notch and I'm super happy with the service and value I received for the price point.

After being rejected from the local BMW dealerships (who oddly will not perform general inspections - explaining they only service if there is a clear error or something descriptive "off"? Only guess I have is not wanting to deal with people if they didn't sell it.) I came across DSA. The website was very professional, clearly outlined services that they perform, and left me confident in their abilities. From the first phone interaction, I felt very comfortable. They made it clear that this business is not just about chasing down customers for money but wanted to truly understand how they can serve you. They also let me know of the limitations they have when it came to my vehicle (electric). In person for drop-off and pickup was no different. The team were pleasant all around. They also utilize their communication tools effectively, including a texting service to keep in touch and a very nice digital report you get to keep which includes photos along with a checklist of what work is being done. Even larger repair companies do not offer this so I was very impressed! Where things felt a bit "unfinished" for me (and I shall acknowledge I am no expert) were: Part of the inspection is "Test Drive - Minimum of 3 Miles". The odometer had less than 1 mile difference when I picked it up. After bringing home, the next day I noticed a small wet spot under the vehicle. At first I figured maybe it was AC condensation but using a paper towel it appeared to be windshield wash fluid (a watery bright green). I popped the hood and checked the tank and found a small, clear crack right at the pump joint with the inner black peeking through the white connection and dampness. I recognize it isn't possible to check everything, and they made it clear that they were not as specialized in this, model's electrical system. But it did have me questioning if the "frunk" was ever removed. If it had been, with the few physical components in there, I would like to think the crack would have been noticed. Fortunately, a very easy, simple repair which was not costly or detrimental to the general vehicle performance. They followed up with me a few weeks later to check in on how things were going (again, fantastic communication and great use of digital tools!) and I let them know about the findings. They were supportive and friendly when I replied, which was nice. Overall, I definitely would recommend to anyone with a European vehicle needing service! Despite these few observations (again, acknowledging I am not a professional) they were friendly, efficient and created a comfortable experience. I am also grateful they offer such services (technically BEYOND the dealer level) because it did leave me more confident in my purchase. If I had a less specialized vehicle, then I'd likely be going back to them for other maintenance as needed. Pricing from what I could tell certainly lives up to their name of being an alternative to dealer servicing, coming off as less than what you'd likely spend at a dealer.

I was going to see them very recently and called about having them replace a corroded and of a battery cable, a relatively simple task. They had the unmitigated gall to quote me over $300!!!!! Yeah, no. I called Ace and spoke with Dan and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The cost to replace that corroded end of the cable? $32.00. $32.00 vs. $300. Not only was the cable replaced, I had the oil changed as well and was in and out of there in an hour for well under $100.00. An honest, fair mechanic is difficult to find but after doing a good bit of research and found several reviews both on Yelp and Google, I arrived at ACE and I will bring all my vehicles here from now on. Frankly, I would much rather give my hard earned money to a local business than the cousin of some crappy country singer and his shady dealership.
