I will say this, as a man that has maintained and fixed all of my vehicles my entire life, it was…read morehard for me to have to decide on finding someone to take care of my daughter's car while 3.5 hours away in Orlando for college at UCF. Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes. Anyone who has a son or daughter or whatever attending UCF, can rely on Auto Tender to troubleshoot and fix their vehicles in an affordable and timely manner. My daughter's boyfriend currently has his car there to fix what another shop right at the front entrance of campus failed to fix and actually made worse. Please do your homework as a parent and you'll find Auto Tender at the top of your list. They'll go above and beyond to help you out in every way.

After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. My husband dropped off my car at 2:00pm on a Friday and the place was packed! That's always a good sign as others are using them, too. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. We will definitely be going back to Mikes!

When I moved to Orlando I had to search for a new mechanic. It has been a year since JDM has managed my car's care and I still see the same familiar faces, my car is running well and I feel confident that my car is working properly. I highly recommend JDM. My suggestion, if you are going to wait for your car, is to bring your snacks as it is an industrial area and there are no conveniently located little restaurants. You can work from your laptop as they do have a small waiting room, but the best option is to make arrangements to pick up the car at the end of the day.

My only complaint is that Pablo doesn't have enough people on staff to keep with customer demand. I was given a time that my vehicle would be done and it wasn't completed until the day after. Again, Pablo and his team provide best in class service and incredible value to those that are not fully aware of what their vehicle is capable of, but just be aware that the turn around time for your vehicle may not be accurate.
