Mazaya is a chain of falafel shops with locations throughout Krakow. There's a reason this restaurant has been so successful: they turn out some of the crispiest, crunchiest falafels and creamy hummus, served with fresh herbs and vegetables (including pickled cucumbers and radishes) and Arabic flatbread. The falafels were nicely spiced, coated in sesame seeds, and fried to perfection, and they went along nicely with some of their red chili sauce, which added a spicy kick.
