In using the coin release button some money was returned but not all of it. As a result I lost $5.00. I tried calling their number to talk to someone and was greeted with "the voice mail box is full". The owner of this establishment should ensure that customers do not get ripped off and keep their equipment working properly. Sadly, I will never return.

It's my first day of winter vacation! What am I doing? Why, hauling the king sized comforter to…read morethe laundromat, of course. What's that? You're going skiing in Switzerland instead? I feel badly for you, missing out on this fun. I had hoped for a place I could drop and pick up. The first place I went to was inexplicably closed that day. Sigh. Consult handy dandy Yelp app to see what's close by. Daisy! Off I go. Wash and fold drop off service are advertised as available. I learned at arrival though that a text is required to schedule drop off. This notice was taped to the drop off counter. Shucks. I think the Universe is telling me to wash my own comforter. Fine. The change machine worked perfectly, happily dropping $20 of quarters. It's a lot of quarters. I purchased a little box of powdered detergent for $1, then headed over to one of the 3X industrial machines to load my comforter. Inserted twenty four quarters, poured the detergent in the top bin and set it in motion. The laundromat is clean and well lit. All machines were working except the one oversized dryer. There is a drink vending machine, an ATM, a claw arcade machine and a flat screen TV that was turned off. "Adult Contemporary/Classic Rock" music was playing. I decided to head next door to Newtown Square Pizzeria for lunch while my comforter was washing. In theory, they have a handicapped accessible restroom and free WiFi(which they advertise). In actuality the bathroom has a numerical code lock and there's no password posted for the WiFi. I suspect both passcodes are available when there is an attendant. There are also a significant number of security cameras and, oddly, a ring doorbell on the wall by the drop off area. Once my wash cycle was complete I hauled my damp comforter out to my car. Took it home and dried it draped across folding chairs in the basement. There's a nice sized parking lot behind the strip of buildings that house the laundromat, pizza place and a couple other businesses. The laundromat has a rear entrance which is handy. I'd go again, bringing my own detergent and being prepared to dry at home using the chair method.

If you don't believe me when you walk in look UP half the lights are out and there filled with dead bugs. She was also diligent about getting everything clean - top of the machines, the floor, everything. We had a great conversation while we folded laundry. The machines were clean, fast, and efficient. UPDATE as of 2/9/2026…read more So much better! I don't see the woman with the glasses that I mentioned earlier below working over there now. She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!
