Don't expect any quick turn around rate at this place but if you don't mind getting your cloths back 2-3 days later then the quality can't be beat. Impeccable dry cleaning and iron work, a very nice neat line in all my pants and shirts. Somehow they keep it all organized with a computer that may have been used by my father to organize his 8 bit synthesizer music. Pretty good on speaking English, especially when the daughter is working, very friendly! They take credit cards for any amount, always a plus.

I thought that the tailoring price was a bit high ($12 to bring down the hem on two pant legs), but not too bad. The customer service is great, though. I went in there this morning after my morning run and only had the ticket with me, no money. Despite the fact that I have only been there a few times and they definitely don't know me, they let me take my dry cleaning home and come back an hour later with payment, no questions asked! That's the kind of neighborhood service we need!

I dropped off multiple items to get dry cleaned, and specifically said that I would need the items by Thursday morning as I was planning on leaving town Friday morning and needed the items to take with me. (For context I drop the items off on a Saturday morning.). When I went Thursday morning, they did not have all my items, I ended up having to cancel an appointment to make it back Thursday before they closed at 5pm in order to pick up the remaining item after I called them multiple times and was told they would "see" if the item would be available. This is not the first time this has happened there. Because it's a family owned business, I have given them multiple chances to do better and for me the last straw was the owner literally yelling at me to get out, when I gently asked if she would consider reducing the cost of the dress cleaning ($26) for the inconvenience of having to come back for one item. The woman yelled at me like I had suggested she refund my entire almost two hundred dollar service. I will NEVER be going back here, I had originally lived this area and have never dealt with such rude behavior in the service industry.
