As laundromats go, you get the job done. Your machines are well maintained, and broken down ones never seem to stay "out of order" for long, You are quite large, and I can't say I've ever had to wait for either a washer or dryer. Overall, I have always been satisfied with what you have to offer. Your convenience store counterpart is a decent place, with a fair bit of variety, and a good sized magazine section in particular. Also enjoyable, though admittedly a shamefully guilty pleasure, is the so-greasy-and disgusting-it's-actually-kind-of-yummy-in-way-I-would-never-admit-to-anyone (oh...wait...) Chester Chicken that you sell. Mmmmm-mmmm good. Oh, and though I have never filled up here, I cannot fail to mention that you are also a gas station, an Esso in fact, should this matter to anyone. Thus, though each portion of your business is overall fairly standard on it's own, when I look at the whole picture, it seems you are a triple threat, with quite a bit to offer your customers. I regularly attended this laundromat to get my laundry done. While yes, they were more expensive…read morethan most (the dryers take forever) it was a matter of convenience. One night, I was with a friend of mine and we knew that the place closed at 9pm. We were taking a little longer than normal to get everything done and by the time we were done, it was approximately 9:40pm. It has signs everywhere stating that there are cameras, so we figured that someone had seen us not even close to done and they were not going to come lock the doors until then. We each took a load of laundry out to the car and when we returned, the doors were locked (looks like they automatically did so at 9pm. Since they had a phone number on the door, we decided to call it and explain our situation. When the woman answered the phone she kept asking who was there and what the problem was (unfortunately there was a language barrier between the two of us). As I continued to explain to her what happened, she hung up on me and when I called back, she had turned off her phone and kept picking up and hanging up the other one. All I can say is thank god it was only laundry that was locked in overnight but I can honestly say I will never again go back to that laundromat!!!!

Drop off a bag of laundry and pick it up a few days later and even the socks are put together. For a couple extra dollars I save a day of running up and down the stairs trying to do my laundry at my apartment building. This way I come home, put it away, and I'm done. The amount Of loads she did was 200$ worth but I had to pay 500. She lost my business.
