i went here for the first time yesterday & i can't say i'm very impressed…read more the washers are way shallow. i could hardly get anything in. the dryers are also way small. you get 4 minutes for 25¢. that's a pretty big rip where i come from. also, they don't dry anything! i had everything in for 30 min & it wasn't even half dry. i had to hang everything up all over my apartment afterward. there's also no one there to give you money in case the machines eat yours, which it did. it's great that it's just across the street but i'd rather drive somewhere else from now on.

One night, I was with a friend of mine and we knew that the place closed at 9pm. We were taking a little longer than normal to get everything done and by the time we were done, it was approximately 9:40pm. It has signs everywhere stating that there are cameras, so we figured that someone had seen us not even close to done and they were not going to come lock the doors until then. We each took a load of laundry out to the car and when we returned, the doors were locked (looks like they automatically did so at 9pm. Since they had a phone number on the door, we decided to call it and explain our situation. When the woman answered the phone she kept asking who was there and what the problem was (unfortunately there was a language barrier between the two of us). As I continued to explain to her what happened, she hung up on me and when I called back, she had turned off her phone and kept picking up and hanging up the other one. All I can say is thank god it was only laundry that was locked in overnight but I can honestly say I will never again go back to that laundromat!!!!

Took my daughter's grad dress in to be hemmed 3 weeks in advance of the date required. Promised on…read moreMay 30th and received a call on that day it would be ready the next day at 4pm. Went in after 4pm and it was still not ready and was promised it would be ready the next day. Received a call in the morning asking us to come in and try the dress on because they had lost the pins that were in it showing how much to cut off. Left the shop at 12:00 and was called at 4pm to come pick up. I couldn't come that day so went the next morning. The dress has a silk liner with a tool overlay. They charged me $85 to hem ot 6". There is no price list available and when asked told there isn't one which I know why now. I explained that was more than the cost of the dress and it wasn't ready on time and we've been back 3 times. She told me to find somewhere else that would do it for cheaper and got aggressive with me. I told her it was ridiculous what she was charging people and it wasn't the way to run a business. I told her I would not be recommending her nor give her anymore service. Directly after this, I went to another shop 2 mins down the road to get a price for hemming and it was $40. Absolutely ridiculous what this woman charged me after all the inconveniences. Absolutely do not recommend.
