It's very clean and all the staff, including the owner, John, are very friendly and knowledgeable especially if you are a beginner. The beds are some of the best I have ever used and did not disappoint. My tan is really coming along in just a few sessions! I read the reviews before coming and I'm glad I did. I think there was one not so favorable one from a disgruntled client maybe having a bad day, but the good ones, far outweighed the bad one. If you choose LA Tanning you won't regret it.

Current owner admitted by phone today that purchased packages 'now' have expiry dates. Nothing provided in writing to customers via email, website purchase disclaimer, no notice given. Despite this, my advising her they should be providing these measures as a means of notification to cover themselves as a business (hint hint, you're welcome?). I was provided my paid points balance by phone from staff on 05Feb22, booked 2 appts; 26Feb22 used points (still lots of points left), today's appt (06Mar22) told upon arrival I had no points, & they had no way to look up my points history either. Had to pay instead as a walk-in for today's pre-booked appt. Owner later informed me by phone that there is only verbal notice that staff are "supposed" to be telling customers of paid points package expiry, yet they do not. Don't waste your money there, nothing even offered from a business mea culpa standpoint to their long time paying clients. VERY sad business practices there.

This used to be a great shop to purchase cute clothes for a reasonable price, but no longer worth the drive from the far end of Sequim.
