Absolutely the place to go for eyebrow microblading/shading! Ashley is amazing and takes the time to ensure the shape and color are right. She will listen to what it is that I want and then make suggestions and provide advice. She makes sure I leave happy no matter how long it takes. So professional and easy to talk to as well. I don't usually enjoy long sessions for any kind of cosmetic treatment (hair, nails etc), but I always enjoy seeing Ashley. I also appreciate the clean, professional and quiet location. Christina is not only a lovely person, she is the ultimate eyebrow artist and pro. She did such an amazing repair to my old blading (done by a previous salon a decade ago.) Christina had to colour correct and if that wasn't enough she also had to fix "crooked" brows. Now they are magazine worthy! I never thought my eyebrows could look so beautiful again. As a long term visitor to Victoria I went in for a brow tint and maintenance. The color was 'fine' - not as dark as my usual from home and thus did not last as long. Nonetheless I consulted with Ashley at this time about eyeliner and eyebrow tattooing. Fast forward a few weeks, I go in for the eyeliner. - 30 minutes late getting onto the bed - numbed both eyes when only one is worked on for an hour, so renew the numbing on second eye (needless and useless for first hour) - procedure took three hours (my brow pro at home just about fell over when I told her this) - liner on eye was incomplete after the three hours (Ashley was prepared to remedy this right then and there but a person has only so many hours in a day and my eyes were ready to fall out) - days later upon religiously following post procedure instructions, liner starts coming off taking lashes with it - Ashley and I connect via phone and she gets to talk first, at length, telling me why it's happening and I'm the one at fault. - I tell her my perspective End result: I am granted 75% refund because I'm the one who should cover her costs. Also, according to Ashley who has much less life experience than I, tells me I should not attempt this again. Because she knows me so well. And that's her job. I took a chance. I had a lash appointment with Tianna and she is incredible!! I had such an awful experience when I had them done on vacation in Maui a year ago, that now I have such nerves getting my lashes done, but overcoming my anxiety (hehe) one lash at a time... The salon is beautiful and the owners are very conscientious about cleanliness and maintaining optimal conditions for any procedure. I had my eyebrows microbladed - first time - and I was amazed at how natural they look. Christina is a perfectionist and designed the perfect brow for my complexion, face shape and natural brow line. Really pretty place. I did not enjoy my experience. I came in for a fill, I had my lashes done somewhere else previously. They addressed my by calling out from their lash beds, (like, get up and come speak to me instead of calling out over your client). Then, because I had gone somewhere else previously, without looking at my lashes, she tried to convince me to get a removal and new set...... and said the exact same thing to another woman who came in for a fill while I was there (convenient?). I didn't want a removal so I asked if she could just fill where she could. After that, the whole appointment I felt like such a burden. Like this tech did not want to fill my lashes and would rather that I hadn't showed up in the first place. Long story short, if you've had your lashes done somewhere else and are just looking for a fill, don't go here. I'm sure it would be better if you get a new full set here first. Overall, I felt the tech was rude and annoyed. Not a very pleasant feeling unfortunately :( Will not go back. read more
