My critiques of the salon are, first, that there are many uncomfortable areas to sit in for pedicures. This should be fixed with the input of your customers. Also, I'm surprised that during the pandemic's forced shutdowns/slow-downs the bathroom on the main floor was not updated with better plumbing, but especially, faucets, so that one can wash up without touching them (or with hospital style lever faucets that permit operation with one's arm or elbow). Right now, though the soap and towel dispensers are touchless, the faucets (and light switch, for that matter) is not. I know the pandemic will be under control sooner than later, but this investment in hygiene will go a long way to a healthy staff and customers (fewer colds, flu etc.) and also update the bathroom space.
