The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. Instead, to my surprise they were able to find a piece of granite that was an exact match to mine and they were able to replace the cracked portion of the granite. The sink now looks like nothing had ever happened !! For them to find the perfect match was amazing !!! Just sorry it took me so long to write this review Love this company !! Claudie F. Burbank

In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.

I purchased whole brand new cabinets the same day he quoted me . He gave me excellent pricing and design to replace my old cabinets that was made from laminated wood. As some of my fellow "Yelpers" know already about me, I like posting the good, bad, and ugly for…read moreeach review. Well folks, you might be a little disappointed.... The "GOOD"! Yep, I decided to start with the positive and in this case the GOOD is **insert drum roll here** Dang Nguyen! He was so patient and always had such a positive can-do attitude. Let me start from the beginning. I was feeling overwhelmed with my remodel. The contractor had done his best to replicate the cabinets I had, with the new ones. However, staring at the CAD rendering didn't put me at ease. Did I mention I am a type A personality. So the contractor, myself and Dang sat together and starting at one end of my kitchen going through to the very last cabinet. We looked at every single drawer and cabinet placement including where the appliances would go. I think I was bending their ear for at least an hour or so with constant questions. We double checked measurements, discussed inserts and if Dang needed clarification or if I had a concern Dang never rolled his eyes or tried to shut me up. He allowed me to "ask away" and never tried to scoot me out of the store. The fact that he was professional, patient, and created such a comfortable environment he deserves enormous recognition, respect, and a pay raise! When a cabinet or drawer didn't work out because of measurement changes, he always had a suggestion. For example, I don't cook but I love those pullout spice racks. You know, those narrow pullout drawers. I don't use them for spices but they are so helpful for other things. Another example is the stackable insert for the silverware drawer. I love gadgets so when I saw this in the show room, well of course this girlie needed to have it. I know it's not a new idea, but for me, and my 35 year old kitchen - it was a big deal and I am thrilled to say I love it. Another example, their showroom had at least 4-5 different trash bin drawers to chose from! What??? Now I am giddy with the idea that I don't need to put the trash bin under the sink. The BAD. For months, prior to selecting a contractor, my heart was set on the color "Sage" for my kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately 405 Cabinets & Stone didn't have that color selection. I was so impressed working with Dang, I actually changed my mind and went with a different color that is sold there. Am I sad about the color, I would be lying if I said no. But, once I make up my mind, I go all in. In this case all in means sage color accessories! My point here is turning a bad/sad experience, into a positive one. More importantly, I want to tell the store owner it was because of Dang, I ended up purchasing nearly everything at his store. Mirrors, bathroom vanities, hallway closet cabinets etc... The UGLY, two words Parking Sucks! (enough said) I hope this lengthy Yelp review is helpful - ask for Dang, and don't panic if you can't find a place to park. **insert smile here**

I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

She scheduled the initial visit to make a template and communicated on the day of when the installer was close. Yader and crew did a fabulous job of fabricating the granite. All in all, it was such a pleasant experience in every step of the way.
